Pros:

High class professional staff at the service. Especially Ms. Bianca Cojocaru at the reception and Mr. Frederic Hill, general manager. Attention to detail and impeccable customer service. Central location. Small interior garden with a gorgeous Magnolia.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok but not at 5 stars hotel. A little daily cleaning in the bathroom wouldn't hurt.

Pros:

De klant staat centraal en het hotel had zoveel leuke verrassingen in petto. Vanwege de verjaardag van mijn man kregen we een upgrade van kamer en daarnaast lag er ook doosje Neumann chocolade als cadeautje op de kamer met een persoonlijk bericht van het hotel. En met Valentijnsdag kregen we wederom een attentie van het hotel. Ook leuk dat ze als service de voorruit van onze auto hadden gewassen.
