Not a good experience especially for a 5 star hotel
Pros:

I liked that it was clean and most of the personnel were nice and helpful

Cons:

The ventilation system did not work properly. I was cold the first 24 hours and when we sat it couldn’t be fixed it took very long to change rooms. Dyson was provided but without remote so I could not really accommodate myself! Second there was a conference and all the common spaces were really loud and full of people making it impossible to use them

Wonderful
Pros:

Staff are all kind and nice, rooms are clean and tidy. Close to the tube station and a local supermarket.

Cons:

If I may, room service menu selection can be expanded but taste was surely good!

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff with a very nice shoe shiner! Great breakfast and very clean rooms.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit noisy. I heard the people in the room above me more than I would have liked to.

Pros:

la gentilezza degli operatori, tipica di un albergo che è focalizzato sull'attenzione al cliente. Elegante la dotazione delle stanze e in generale molto belli gli ambienti dell'albergo.

Cons:

Purtroppo ho trovato un insetto sull'accappatoio. Tuttavia, appena l'ho comunicato allo staff e ho chiesto di avere un nuovo accappatoio, gli operatori hanno insistito per assegnarmi un'altra stanza dandomi una suite mentre la mia era una stanza normale. Quello che poteva essere un problema, aver trovato un insetto nel bagno, ha invece confermato la mia positiva valutazione dell'albergo e del personale.
Un problema invece a cui si potrebbe mettere mano è che la colazione è veramente troppo costosa (49 €).
