Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location, and very quiet. The service at breakfast was also excellent. The daily cleaning service was great as well.

Cons:

There was a large stain on the chair in my room. Also, it was very difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower.

Un lujo en el centro de Bruselas
Pros:

La tranquilidad de la zona, no sé escucha ningún ruido en la habitación a pesar de dar a la calle. Habitación cómoda, buen desayuno, las camas super cómodas. Spa y gym incluidos, dispone de parking pago. Todo su personal muy amables.
Pedimos servicio a la habitación y estuvo muy bien. La terraza exterior es muy linda.

Cons:

Quizás el precio del desayuno es un poco alto.

Perfect for families, and the staff is wonderful.
Pros:

We stayed in the 2-br apartment for a family of 5 with two big teens and a kid. Spacious, comfortable, one bathroom with one shower and a toilet room. They set up two twin beds in the living room for the younger ones and it was just perfect. The shared washer/dryer combo is in the basement. Comfy beds, quiet street, near the EU and a short walk to the shops and center. The people working here is the best about this hotel.

The rest of the stay was fine,
Pros:

The room was spaciest and comfortable.

Cons:

Don’t like the Shower in the bath tub. Found it very cramped.
Very low water pressure and it took forever for the hot water to come through.
