Horrible experience..
Pros:

Location was good...that was it...

Cons:

It was filthy...homeless people out side doing drugs...was scary...stained ceilings...night .desk clerk was rude and didn't want to help or to stop scrolling on his phone..was over charged for my pet fee...was corrected by the day clerk who was very nice...the grounds are over grown.. and the windows are so dirty you can't see out of them...the pillow cases were dirty...we covered them with our own towels..and some jerk doing donuts in the parking lot...its obvivious no one cares..
Just an awful experience...I stayed there many years ago..and it was glorious...I can't believe the Clarion would have this site under there umbrella...
Never again...even if it was free...

It was horrible we got the police called on us because the bed was peed
Pros:

everything was fine until we started to lay down and the bed was peed on not by us but previous guests... we complained and they called the police on us and they kicked this out I would like a refund

Looked old and abandoned
Pros:

Location was good. The Hotel is just accross from Horrocks. The King size bed was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Was looking forward to relaxing in the whirlpool tub as I have a knee injury and the Physical Therapist said swimming and whirlpool tub would be very good for it. The pool was open, however the heat was on in there and it was almost unbearably hot!. The whirlpool tub was out of service. It had no water in it and was very dirty.

The facilities were very run down. This hotel was probably once very nice. However everywhere you looked there was:

1) Water damage (hallway ceiling tiles sagging and stained)

2) Security-Broken security doors. All of the exterior entry doors we found were broken and did not require a key card to enter. Creating a security hazard.

3) The Landscaping was overgrown and full of trash. The "center courtyard" was full of dead trees, old buckets, a few ladders and a random dining chair.

4) Worn out carpet in hallways. Was also stained in several places.

5) Broken windows. Several of the skylight windows above the pool area were broken. ANYTHING could fly in.

6) Staffing-this hotel is severely understaffed. We only saw the Desk Clerk the whole time we were there.
