The staff was very helpful. The last night of 3 we had a different room. The people next to us were partying for the 4th. Wasn't having that in the hall no less. We were moved to the second floor.
There was mold. Walls were not clean. Couldn't get fresh towels, there were cigarette burn holes in bedding. The fridge was on and off. Our sink had a leak. The pool that was advertised was covered and a reck. The place definitely needs work. There are alot of hotels in same area for roughly same price. Oh and there was a beetle in bathroom first morning. The husband says. Pretty sure it was a roach.
We booked this hotel through Priceline. We did our search on their website where a pool, vending machines, and a continental breakfast were advertised - even on the Choice Hotel website. We pulled in to check-in around 12a, and we were told they didn’t know what room they’d put us in. We were moved to a suite with a bedroom … fine. When we got to the room, there was a couch, two TVs (one for each room), and mini fridge, two beds, one office chair. Neither TV worked, the towel rack was hanging off the wall (it eventually fell), the door jamb/lock was broken, the pull out couch had a huge stain, the towels were stained, we had a grand total of four pillow for three beds, the bathroom wall had brown smudges, and the shower curtain was stained. People were hanging out in the hallway to the point where we had issues getting into the door to go up the stairs. It smelled heavily of smoke, and there is no elevator. They said they don’t leave food in the vending machines because people steal it, but they left the doors unlocked to the parking lot all night. We came up to two police officers beating on someone’s door. The only good thing about this stay was Abraham (maintenance). He was as helpful as they give him the ability to be. The pool is a swamp and hasn’t been open for two summers. There is no continental breakfast. This is a Pooja Mahi LLC hotel, and I will not rest until I get my money back. I asked the hotel, the sent me to choice, and choice sent me back to the hotel. They offered me 250 points.. which is the equivalent to like $2. We won’t be back, and I will be a thorn in their side for a very long time.

Everything has film over it wasn't cleaned very well remotes were sticky the microwave had no extra plugs for game system
When I got there the place smelled terrible so we got a different hotel.

I wasn’t expecting nothing crazy because of the two-star rating, but this place completely surprised me. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Their was roaches really bad found a dead rat behind the bed bathtub faucet was broken
This was a pretty horrible stay
My pregnant girlfriend and I found a syringe left in our room from the previous people. They moved our room which we got locked out of and there were no towels in it. They tried blaming us for not finding the syringe sooner as if we’re supposed to do their housekeeping.

The location right off of 81 is convenient. It has potential if the breakfast room and pool were open.
We had 5 rooms. One had no electricity, one had cockroaches and we had to go to the lobby to ask for towels. The carpet in the hallway was not clean.
