El personal no saludan cuando sales o entras, la limpieza fatal, no limpiaron la habitación estaba sucia, cuando llegamos y algunas cosas rotas y sin limpiar

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

L'albergo si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Ottima posizione per girare a piedi tutto il centro storico.
La colazione è ricca e variegata, tendente più al salato che al dolce.
Ci hanno consentito di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
Le stanze sono un po' piccoline, ma funzionali con ventilatore a disposizione e set di tè, caffè e bollitore.

Cons:

I letti non vengono sistemati. Li abbiamo ritrovati così come li abbiamo lasciati. In compenso gli asciugamani vengono messi a disposizione puliti tutti i giorni.
Qualche piccola riparazione aiuterebbe a rendere la struttura più accogliente.

Lovely place in Oslo!
Pros:

A nice and lovely stay on the city. Not very far away from the center.
A quiet area. Fantastic breakfast.
Excellent value for money!

Cons:

The lady at the desk was not very clear about parking in the area. She probably didn’t know what was the best and when I asked she was a bit confusing.
They have a parking but their tariffs are higher than the street parking ( in front of the hotel).
