Beautiful city . Well worth a visit to Tromso
Pros:

Great location. Room very small but clean. There’s no where to put luggage unless it’s a small carry on case. Bed was small and barely a double size with two separate duvets. Not very comfortable either.
No room to manoeuvre around one side of the bed as it was so close to the window. Bathroom large and underfloor heating. Towels changed on request. Housekeeping did empty bins and remove used towels daily but that was all. We had to request clean towels. Soap dispenser on wall but no separate shower gel etc. no restaurant on site. Fabulous breakfast. Hot and cold foods and wonderful selection. This is what this hotel excels at. Staff were polite but not overly friendly. Would stay again because of the location but not for the rooms.

Eneste må være beliggenhet.

Cons:

Ble møtt av en lite service innstilt ansatt det. Va bryllupsdagen vår og det hadde vi også nevnt ved bestilling. Det var null ekstra et lite rom med utsikt i en grå vegg. Det var skittent på badet og andre plasser på rommet. Ventet i resepsjonen men ingen kom når vi skulle klage

Cons:

👎👎👎This hotel does not have its own parking!!! Although when filtering by “parking” on the booking site, it list: parking, parking house. There is only public parking house, not so far, but transfer with luggage is not comfortable. According to other hotel, there must be written “parking on the street”!

Colazione eccezionale per varietà e qualità; raramente un Hotel offre un servizio paragonabile. Lo staff è cordiale e disponile. Da notare la lounge dotata di macchina del caffè con cialde Nespresso ; giochi da tavolo. Camera di giuste dimensioni calda ed accogliente.

Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and WELL LOCATED. I arrived so tired, at 2 am and only had to walk about 4 minutes to get to the Main Street to grab food

I’d like to give a special mention to the night shift front desk staff. I broke my phone and he went above and beyond to help me. I truly can’t thank him enough for his kindness and patience.

Great breakfast. Very friendly, helpful, and professional service. I would definitely stay here again!

Too simple but nice
Pros:

Nice place, excellent location close to the center and with public transportation, nice attention and service from the attendance
The offering though is pretty basic you can’t ask for food in the hotel the personal presentation lacks class,
The breakfast is pretty good

Bardzo fajne miejsce pod względem lokalizacji
Pros:

Wspaniała obsługa recepcji , pokoje bardzo wygodne z uwaznoscia na szczegóły wyposażenia . Bardzo dobre i różnorodne śniadania . Bardzo blisko do wszystkich atrakcji w Tromso oraz do sklepów i knajp.

Cons:

Jak przyjechaliśmy pokój był bardzo czysty ale podczas pobytu serwis tylko wyrzucał śmieci dokładał ręczniki i ścielił łóżko. Nawet nie przetarł umywalki czy nie odkurzył podłogi .
Cieple posiłki na śniadaniu były zupełnie zimne .

Totally Worth It!
Pros:

We stayed two nights in a Business Room over New Year’s Eve at Thon Hotel Tromsø and had a very positive experience overall.
The location is excellent and extremely central, making it perfect for exploring the city. We were also able to park our car very close to the hotel in a nearby underground garage, which was very convenient. The breakfast was outstanding — very good quality, varied, and plentiful. We would definitely book this hotel again!
There were only two minor downsides: the room was quite small, and the shower was not fully separated from the bathroom floor, so the floor got a bit wet. However, this was not a major issue and was more than compensated for by the many positive aspects.
We also enjoyed a lovely view of Tromsø Cathedral from our room, which was a nice bonus.
