Three nights in TROMSO
Pros:

We arrived earlier than 3pm and even though we’d booked one of the most expensive rooms, the room wasn’t available until 3pm. This is quite unlike other Thon Hotels we’ve used.

Obviously there’s no additional benefits for those booking more expensive rooms.

Thon had sold us card vouchers worth Kr 600 to spend in the hotel but these are almost impossible to use which is a shame. I wanted to buy bottled beer to take back to the UK but reception refused to sell me these.

The carpet outside Room is dangerously defective and a significant trip hazard.

Breakfast was good as expected but the tables are very close together, unlike other Thon hotels we’ve stayed at.

A shame that Thon misled us with the vouchers they sold me!!!!

Brilliant stay!
Pros:

Stayed here twice during a 9-day visit to Norway and the hotel was brilliant - great location, incredible breakfast, fab rooms, great staff, place was warm and very comfortable...can't fault it

Good value hotel with superb breakfast
Pros:

Small rooms but comfortable. Quite expensive but all hotels in Tromso are expensive and this one offers better value than the others. Comfy beds, not noisy at all, and a superb breakfast - one of the best we've ever had - with excellent provision for gluten-free too.

Una gran opción para alojarse en Tromsø
Pros:

El hotel superó mis expectativas. El staff fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, la habitación es amplia y cómoda (sobre todo en comparación con alojamientos de precio similar en Noruega), el desayuno es excelente y tiene una muy buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad (cerca de los principales comercios, del puerto, del puente al continente, con acceso a medios de transporte, etc). Para recomendar.

Cons:

Previsibilidad en el servicio de limpieza de la habitación (la limpieza estuvo muy bien, solo que ocurría en momentos distintos a lo solicitado con el cartel en la puerta).

Great location. Comfy and clean. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was brilliant! Loads to choose from.
Location was so great! So easy to walk to a lot of beautiful places. 5 mins from the harbour. 4-5 mins walk to meet for the excursions we went on. Perfect. Already looking at booking again!

Cons:

So so minor…There wasn’t any English breakfast tea. But they did have every other tea possible! ☺️
