A nice stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. I would happily stay here again in the future.

Excellent Service, Comfortable and Clean Room, Delicious Daily Breakfast, Great Location!

I would like to express SPECIAL THANKS TO DARINA at the front desk who helped me a lot with the confirmation of my five (5) tours. It was challenging for me after my flight to Tromso on March 23 was cancelled due to a sever snowstorm. I had to re-book everything, including the tours. I was under big stress and Darina was amazing: courteous, friendly, compassionate, understanding, kind, efficient, firm when needed (re: being picked up at the hotel for the Northern Lights Tour), with a great sense of humor (which I really needed under the circumstances, a true Professional with a capital letter "P." I felt very comfortable and at ease, and "the Star of the Show!" I would like The Administration of the Hotel to know and acknowledge hard work and excellent service provided by Darina! I am sure she is a great asset to/for the Hotel. Please let her know how appreciative I am of her assistance and my excellent review of her services. Thank you, Darina! Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

So central! Everything we needed was right on our doorstep.

Cons:

The rooms were a little small for the price we paid, but I understand Norway is quite expensive.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo. Hotel muy tranquilo, bien insonorizado. Excelente desayuno bufet. Personal muy amable

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación es muy justo. La limpieza no es muy profunda aunque sí correcta. En la televisión no había ningún canal internacional en español

Great bathroom, helpful staff, all very clean and spacious and comfy. The breakfast was very good, especially the scrambled eggs.

Cons:

Room is not soundproof, breakfast potatoes were partially rotten and the baked beans were cold. Heard a lot of noise, banging doors, cleaners etc.

Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Die zentrale Lage. Ruhiges Zimmer.
Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstückbereich.

Cons:

Wir hatten 5 Übernachtungen gebucht.
Während dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer nur 2x gereinigt und das zweite Mal auch nur nachdem reklamiert wurde. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimm nicht. Bezahlt man pro Nacht über 300 Chf oder Euro und bekommt keine regelmässige Reinigung. Das Zimmer war knapp 12 Quadratmeter gross (inklusive Bad) und hatte kaum Platz um die Kleider zu verstauen.

Good location
Pros:

Location is great, with lots of restaurants and shops just a five minute walk away. We enjoyed the shuffleboard in the hotel and the breakfast was nice.

The hotel itself was okay. The room is small and very basic. Our room was facing the road and it was very noisy one night, there were people shouting on the street at 3am for a long time and I didn’t feel like the windows were very sound proof. I would recommend asking for a room away from the road.
