Pros:

Some employees were nice. Nice size room.

Cons:

Some other employees had attitude, the jacuzzi was broken and no one told us after me saying that is the only reason I chose there. I would have went somewhere else if they told me it was broken and they said they plan to fill it in and not have it in the future. Bed was supper hard and uncomfortable, my $50 hold is still pending a week later even though I didn't charge anything to my room, very disappointed. This wasn't a good experience for me.

Breakfast was great. People and process were perfect.

Cons:

Hotel is aging and it shows. Darkened grout in the bathroom and older mattress, whirlpool working, but jets were removed so it was not great.
