Nice and clean
Room was nice and clean. Good AC and good lobby service. Staff was attentive. Only complaint is the parking situation. Need to pay for each leave.
Parking structure was a bit busy and the elevator stopped working during check out.
Hotel canceled our booking without any warning, even after I called the day before to confirm and state we would be in after midnight. We have nowhere for our 2 young kids to sleep.
Parking garage stairwell was filthy.

Great place to stay
The best part about this hotel is the shuttle. They claim they are a resort property but it couldn’t be further from the truth. Terrible pool, view of the building next door and run down furniture and chipped paint on concrete platform. The staff unhelpful and charged $65 for early check in for elderly people 80+ when we booked 5 rooms. Dining options expensive and not great.
We had to switch rooms twice because the AC unit was so loud.
