Cons:

Internet only worked outside my room 6 doors down. Hotel tried to fix but couldn't. Likely I had a JetPack with me to get my work done.

This visit was OK, but the shuttle driver and the bathroom issues need to be addressed.
Pros:

Convenience, restaurant opens until late evening for those arriving in LAX after 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. The staff (front office, bell, F&B) is courteous, pleasant, and professional.

Cons:

Shuttle busses are spaced too far apart. Sheraton, Marriott, etc., — even parking shuttles — have at least three shuttles arrive for pickup to every one from Sonesta. We’ve stayed numerous times and this is *always* the case. But the drivers are always lovely…EXCEPT this last time (15 July evening), when our driver had no interest in being helpful. Did not help with the bags and didn’t even bother to pull into the carriage drive at the property. Didn’t offer to help with the luggage even though I was clearly struggling to get them off the bus. Just sat there in the driver’s seat.

We had room 1105. The sink does not drain. The water fills up the sink and takes forever to empty. Also, the sliding glass shower doors kept rolling open.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location, clean and pleasant rooms. Great shuttle service.

Cons:

I was located in a room that was right on the VERY noisy street side. Loud traffic all night. Also on my floor doors were slamming! And the air conditioner was loud and I couldn’t regulate it.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

They had a restaurant that was open late in case you’re hungry when arriving late at night. Also, the shuttle is quick and drivers were helpful!

Cons:

Great stay. Had only hoped that there was a hot tub.

If you are looking a clean, well maintained and moderately priced hotel - this is the place to stay!
Pros:

The location and room size were great for my needs. Loved the big screen tv!

Cons:

There was no breakfast included with stay. The parking cost was astronomical. Valet parking was $75/night. My husband met me at the property. We paid $60 to self-park for the 2 cars for one night with no in-out privelege. It would have been $60 per vehicle for in-out priveleges. Coffee maker in the room but no sugar free option (i.e., Splenda). I also expected to have a microwave in the room.

Airport convenience in comfort
Pros:

Conveniently located near airport with airport shuttle making it easy to get between hotel and airport.
Metro/busses 10 min walk away.
Hotel has restaurant/bar etc so do not need to leave for a meal.
A very convenient location for travelers doing a one or two night stopover.

Cons:

Nothing nearby if wanting to do a bit of sightseeing (you are staying/paying for the convenience).

Cons:

When I booked it said breakfast was included but I had to pay out of pocket. Also there was alot of noise from aircraft take offs. The restaurants and market were too pricey. Not good value.
