Comfortable and quiet hotel easily access to the airport.
Pros:

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
It was a very last-minute and late booking due to a flight delay, but the room was ready and was very much appreciated by us.
Check-in was quick and efficient.
The free shuttle bus to the airport was very useful.

Would happily stay again
Pros:

Great stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful, they went above and beyond to make things easy and comfortable throughout the stay. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable.

The executive lounge was a great addition and made the experience even better. I didn’t get a chance to try the gym, but from what I saw and understand, it appears to be a proper fully equipped commercial-grade facility rather than a typical small hotel gym.

The location is also very convenient if you’re flying in or out, it’s close to the airport and the shuttle service runs every 20 minutes, which made transfers really easy. At the same time, getting into the city is straightforward: it’s about a 25-minute bus ride to the city center, and public transport tickets are included in the city tax, which was a really convenient bonus and made getting around effortless.

Would happily stay again.

Lovely for a Pre-flight Stay (or Longer)
Pros:

Lovely hotel with tranquil renovated rooms. Quiet, calm and easy access, perfect for the night before an early morning flight, as we experienced. Super comfortable bedding, luxurious bathroom, plenty of space for luggage.

We appreciated having a free shuttle to / from the airport, which involved about a 7-minute ride. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast service is INCREDIBLE. So much on offer, from a chef cooking eggs, to Asian and English breakfast items. Great fruit, breads, veggies, cereals, etc. Beautiful dining area.

During our visit in May 2026, the pool area was closed due to a large renovation/construction project on premises.

Beautifully appointed room. Staff were wonderful and gave us really great information to travel around Geneva. Shuttle bus to transfer to and from Airport made everything so easy.

I will use Hilton again
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast but location was great near to airport and station free bus service from hotel to airport station and free bus pass was great help

Cons:

First day experiencing customer set vice with Alina was great even though she was in training but she was great
Room cleaner was good
