Cons:

The room was right next to the lift which was noisy. The room was too hot and remained so even when the thermostat was turned down several times. The room looked tired, and the amenities were too basic for the price The bed was uncomfortable and I didn't sleep at all - eventually I had to get up at 04.55 to catch the 5.20 shuttle - which I had checked would be operating when I checked in - It wasn't. The check out staff treated me as if I was an idiot for thinking that the shuttle would operate. they suggested a later shuttle which would miss my flight and then told me to walk. Which I did. I had stayed the previous week and it was satisfactory. I will not be staying there again, and I travel through Geneva every week. Please pass this note on to management - there is certainly a guest experience issue at that hotel.

Clean and pleasant if just needing an airport overnight
Pros:

Friendly staff, close to airport with free shuttle runs every 20 mins.

Cons:

Could easily hear our neighbours in their rooms,
So difficult to sleep, tiny bathroom, terrible views of industrial building outside windows, pool closed. Half board only allowed for a choice of 3 mains, very limiting.
