Lovely rooms friendly staff
Pool closed and not notified, was told they struggled to get booking.com to show the pool was closed and we should have booked direct. Not really a good enough explanation when the hotel was chosen due to pool and having toddlers who love to swim. An expensive mistake on our part as I could have gone somewhere else for a lot less money if I had known. No compensation offered.
I really liked the room, it was spacious, well-organized, and clean.
My experience with the reception was unsatisfactory.
The conference room setup was poorly organized and made the experience unsatisfactory. It was very difficult to see the presentation screens from many areas of the room. In addition, the tables were placed too close together, leaving very little space for people to move around comfortably. Overall, the layout and arrangement of the room impacted the quality of the sessions, and it would be good to reconsider it for future events.
Room and breakfast excellent.
We were not told until we arrived that the swimming pool was closed for several months. The hotel had sent us a number of emails, including for example asking if we would like to upgrade the room. However we were not informed that the pool was closed for renovations. Had we known this, we would have cancelled the booking and gone elsewhere as I have back problems and need to swim every r.
Close to airport terminal
It has been in construction for a while, confusing to access. Swimming Pool is advertised on amenities and that’s why I booked ut so kids can swim before long flight. But pool actually not available. There is a line somewhere on the booking page way down sayin so and I missed it. HVAC does not work well, it was very hot in entire hotel. Priced too high for a hotel under construction with limited amenities. We will go somewhere else next time.

قريب من معرض كاليسبو - يوجد باص من الفندق الي المطار و العكس )بالرغم انه لم تكن عذه المعلومة واضحة و لم يتم ذكرها عند الحجز و الشيء هذا مؤسف(
غالي زيادة عن اللزوم.
لا يوجد تنوع في الأكل في المطعم داخل الفندق او حول الفندق.
المطعم داخل الفندق غالي جدا جدا بدون اي سبب حيث الاكل عادي مقارنه بقيمة المبلغ.
الشيء المزعج الثاني انه الطلب الاكل من الغرقة للاسف من نفس المطعم اللي اكله ليس قد المستوي و غالي و المنيو فيه ثلاث وجبات رئيسي فقط.
اخر شيء جدران الغرفة يوصل الصوت كل حركات النزلاء جنب غرفتي اسمعها وجدا مزعج الموضوع خاصة في الليل.
اضافة لعدم ذكر وجود مواصلات )باص( من والي المطار وقت الحجز سبب انه تم دفع مبلغ لتاكسي بسبب عدم الاهتمام للتوضيح للعميل.
La couleur des sofas.
Accueil lamentable, sans solution à me proposer pour la recharge de ma voiture électrique et aucune volonté de m’aider à trouver une solution. Résultat : j’ai manqué à mon RV professionnel au salon du livre. Le petit-déjeuner est hors de prix. Le vin (du soir d’avant) immonde et ne correspondait pas du tout au millésime affiché sur la carte. Les chambres sont surchauffées, l’odeur en y pénétrant est pestilentielle (changer de produits de nettoyage me semblerait indiqué).
Cet hôtel n’a de Hilton que le nom. Je n’y mettrai plus jamais les pieds. Vous profitez indignement de sa position près de l’aéroport. Une honte qui fait injure à notre pays, mon pays.
Hotel muy limpio y con una gran atención. Está situado cerca del aeropuerto y el shuttle funciona muy bien. Las habitaciones son amplias y el desayuno excepcional. El acceso a la ciudad es sencillo con la tarjeta de transportes que te proporcionan en el hotel.
Definitely not value for money! Rooms were dirty and room service wasn’t great. Nothing to do in local areas.
