Note élevé va au restaurant, au service excellent et aimable du restaurant et à la qualité des produits et leurs transformation en plats.

The hotel is in a great location for the airport, and a free shuttle service runs every 20 minutes which is good.
The staff were all very nice and helpful. Food was tasty in the restaurant, and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was truly amazing stay from Breakfast to the room, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Mathieu was amazing at the FD with guiding us to manage our trip and with explaining all the features of the hotel. All in all the whole team of the hotel was really helpful and we will definitely come back.

Close to airport

I stayed for one night when my flight was cancelled so the airline covered the cost. I never usually stay at chain hotels, preferring smaller unique places, but I really enjoyed myself. I appreciated the friendly and professional staff, everyone I spoke to provided excellent service. The room was spotless and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. I enjoyed the sauna and steam room facilities which I thought were very good quality for a 3 star hotel and located within the changing rooms and therefore single sex. Given that they provide a free shuttle serve to the airport and a free travel pass to get into the city, I would definitely consider staying here again when I next return to Geneva.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it continues to be one of my top choices for business trips in Geneva.

The spa is outstanding—one of the best hotel spas I’ve experienced—and it’s perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The conference facilities and executive lounge are also excellent, making it a very convenient hotel for business travelers.

The recent renovation has given the hotel a fresh, modern feel, and the front desk staff have always been professional, welcoming, and efficient.

The only downside is that it’s not the most convenient location if you want to explore the city center on foot. Other than that, it’s an excellent hotel, especially if you’re visiting Geneva for work or conferences.

A beautiful hotel, close to a bus stop that takes you into the city centre. Also handy to have a hotel shuttle bus to the airport.

We were welcomed to the hotel by Mathieu at reception. He was very friendly and informative. He told us all about the hotel facilities and even helped us to find out which bus to take, to go into Annecy, France for the day (which was stunning and well worth a visit - 50 min bus ride from Geneva bus station).

Our room was very modern and spacious with a huge bed and a lovely shower. The restaurant was also very modern. We only had breakfast at the hotel, which was very tasty with a good variety.

We enjoyed an excellent one-week stay at the Hilton Geneva. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Since I was there for a full week, many of the staff greeted me by my first name, which made the hotel feel especially welcoming.

We stayed in a Junior Suite, and it was well worth the upgrade. The additional space made the room much more comfortable for a week-long stay, and features such as the large work desk significantly enhanced our productivity.

A special thank you to our housekeeper, Mireille, whose attention to detail kept the room spotless every day, and to Charles, the Food & Beverage Manager, who went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Their kindness and dedication made a great stay even better.

The complimentary airport shuttle was a real plus. It made it easy not only to catch trains from the airport railway station but also to shop at the convenient Migros supermarket located at the airport. The hotel is also just a short walk from a major bus terminal, making it quick and easy to reach downtown Geneva and attractions around Lake Geneva.

I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the Hilton Geneva to anyone visiting the city.
