Pros:

No pool no breakfast! Apparently everything is not running right now!! Should be made known beforehand if you’re paying $300 a night!! Front desk women were amazing and very understanding why we had to cancel and find another hotel for the kids to swim!

Jason to the rescue
Pros:

Amazing experience. The staff was super helpful, the breakfast at the bistro was delicious, and Jason who I believe was the head manager was so helpful. He made multiple accommodations for us and was so quick to help us out. I definitely recommend staying here and if you meet Jason count yourself lucky.

Wonderful
Pros:

Both rooms had problems with ants. Continental breakfast was ONLY Danish muffins and coffee. They should serve hot breakfast
