Great place!
Pros:

Had a procedure done at Vancouver General Hospital and stayed in the hotel for a couple nights during. Found the staff absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful throughout a difficult time. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are very comfortable and up to date.
Would totally recommend this for a stay whether using it for a hospital visit or just a stay to visit Vancouver.

Short break. Good location.
Pros:

Stayed here with my teenage son in February 2025.
A great location-short walk from train for airport and the water front.
Rooms a good size and are equipped with a fridge ad plenty of plugs.
Ice dispensers on each floor.
Breakfast was not a buffet when we stayed.
Small fitness room.
Parking available
Staff all helpful.
Would recommended.

Pros:

Holiday inn was amazing but this time was unpleasant I had to check out due to the construction an pool as well management needs work.
Chateau granville was great the young man at the desk reminded me of the holiday inn but I might be wrong. Thank you to the young lady in the morning to help me.

Not ADA friendly
Cons:

The apposite of ADA accessible. They put me on the second floor where you have to fight the carpet to drag your bags down the hall and then you come to a split tap you have to go up or down with my 100+ pounds of luggage. Not cool

It’s a great stay.
Pros:

I like that the tour bus picks-up and drops off at this hotel.

Cons:

The bedsheet has hair. It’s pricey for a 3 star hotel. I didn't like that the infused water is not 24 hrs. It’s no longer available in the evening.

Avoid This "Hotel"
Pros:

Horrible Hotel Horrible Staff.

Called and spoke to the receptionist Jason who was incredibly rude and kept cutting me off when was trying make a room booking. He was absolutely awful and unprofessional. He insulted me too. I told him I want speak to his manager he REFUSED as there isn't one.
