Pros:

Personale alla reception e al ristorante era gentile.

Cons:

Camere scarse, per il prezzo mi aspettavo di più. Molto rumorose, fuori dalla finestra al terzo piano c’era lo sbocco del condizionatore. Bagno piccolo e colazione nulla di speciale. La zona è centrale ma non in un bel quartiere.

Recommended for where it is!’
Pros:

In an excellent position to get around to everything. Walking distance to train station to get to airport and most other stations also close.

Cons:

Far too expensive - could be because of the World Cup.!
It’s a good room but not worth the $550 a night . I just couldn’t find much around for my last two nights in Vancouver for my last two nights that was in Downtown.! Of course I didn’t factor in taxes being from Australia, which really hiked the price up

Pros:

Checking in was disappointing as we booked breakfast included for a family of 5 and they was a disagreement. The man at front desk was very short and unhelpful. There was some lovely staff in the restaurant and young man at front desk.

Cons:

Some staff at front desk were Kurt and unhelpful or just not knowledgeable of the area. Water pressure was so weak could barely rinse shampoo it

Lousy hotel ran by incompetent staff
Cons:

As we checked in we found out that A/C wasn’t working and the front desk couldn’t do anything about it till the next day.

Pros:

The staff was amazing, the room was very clean. The location was great very convenient. When I checked in I was greeted by Petro very very friendly, welcomed me with a smile helped me carry my bags from the car all the way to my room. He really went above and beyond. Kudos to him.

Cons:

There is nothing not to like.

Pros:

Staff so helpful. Isla looked after us in dining room. She was a star. Breakfast excellent.

Cons:

Sadly the biggest party in vancouver for the football was in the street behind. Good to see people having fun though.

Excellent breakfast and very courteous staff.

Cons:

The price was above normal rates and priced based on the FIFA soccer tournament. This should not be a consideration for the average traveler.
