A bit disappointing.
Pros:

I can't say I liked anything really. The room was fine, but not what I expect from a Holiday Inn and Suites.

Cons:

The parking was quite a problem. Very tight spaces and not a lot of space between rows to get parked without a lot of back and forth. The bathroom is very small. For the price I had expected breakfast included, but it wasn't.

Cons:

Because of renovation no assistance with luddage assistance to rooms. No access to rooms on floor 2 using a lift only stairs. I felt sorry for elderly people.

Cons:

It was under construction and AC wasn’t working for 2 days. They gave us a fan and it helped us sleep through the night.

Bad choice. Very limited offering for a lot of money.

All this hotel offered was a bed. It was basically closed for renovation except for the bedrooms.

Interrupted Services without informing guests prior arrival, zero sound insulation between rooms, impact of ongoing renovation on guests, cooling not working hence rooms are terribly hot at this time of the year.

Everything is within walking distance. We only took Uber to the hotel from the train station and from the hotel to the train station. The other four days in between we just walked.

Good!
Pros:

Had some loud neighbors, but asked to move and the hotel upgraded me to a great room with quiet neighbours.

Cons:

Renovations were annoying! Didnt know before booking that it was under renovation.
