Prijs kwaliteit goed, ontbijt uitgebreid en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Vooral de man aan de balie. Locatie was ook heel goed alsook uitgebreid ontbijt

Cons:

We waren met 4 personen in een kamer en steeds kregen we maar voor 3 personen handdoeken. Moest steeds een handdoek gaan bijvragen. Ontbijt zaal was veel te klein en organisatie was minder. Een persoon aan tafel van 4 terwijl er nog mensen wachten om te eten. Dit kon beter .

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcomed us with Moroccan tea. The room was quiet, and the hotel has a great location.

Cons:

There is no elevator on the ground floor, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the first floor before we could take the lift. The bed sheets and towels were quite old; although they were clean, they were not ironed. The breakfast was very simple and not self-service.

Not ideal due to renovation
Pros:

Location on Howe st OK.
This hotel is under extensive renovation in March 2025. Many facilities not available (pool, gym) as works continue. They did send a mail a day before arrival apologizing for the works.
The room in a wing building with a bit inconvenient access. The room was clean, though, with a large bed and sofa.

Cons:

The extend and the implications of the On going renovations were not clearly announced on the reservation website. Lobby and breakfast facility affected. Noise becomes obvious despite arrangements taken.
No safe in the room.
