Nice place, uncomfortably hot at night
Pros:

Clean. Good location.

Cons:

Room ac was too hot to sleep. Thermostat lowest was 66. While the ac was on it was fine but once it reaches 66, it shuts off and it doesn’t turn on again until the room is like 68-70. I called the front desk at 3am and they couldn’t do anything but wait until the tech comes in the AM. I couldn’t sleep at all. Pillows were too hard. Also I paid for breakfast ahead of time and didn’t know they needed vouchers for the breakfast. Front desk gave me one voucher and then the breakfast place said I needed one per person so went back. We had 3 people. Ugh. Went back to get 2 more.

Needs some work to bring it up to par.
Pros:

Staff was efficient but not overly friendly. The breakfast staff was excellent, and food was fine for its purpose.

Cons:

Main floor areas were worn and outdated looking.

Cons:

In the early morning my daughters had to go down for the dance competition. While my youngest and I were going to sleep in a bit because she was getting over being sick. 4 times the housekeeper came to the door knocking and waking us up twice. The one time I was changing in the bathroom(right next to the door) and she knocked almost opening the door while I was naked. The do not disturb was on the door too. She knocked at 9:30, 10, 10:30 and then again right at 11.
