Not my kind of hotel, but great location for tourist travellers
Pros:

The gym is fantastic with a fabulous outlook. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great. Breakfast was excellent. A light complimentary dinner is available in the evenings.

Cons:

It is a personal thing but from what I could see all of the rooms are interior facing with a window that can't be opened and it overlooks the atrium where breakfast is served. Unless you close the blackout curtains, it is not private. There were scheduled works on the 8th floor (which I wasn't told about prior to arrival or on checkin) I spoke to the Manager, they offered I could move rooms but for a two night stay I didn't wish to. The Manager did apologise but I hope they know to inform guests in advance in the future and offer the option to stay on a different floor at the time of check-in.

Enjoy the breakfast. Yum
Pros:

The breakfast is spectacular. Very tasty. I would reccommend the fish and caviar they serve there, the smoothies, cheese. They also have fresh carrot juice and fresh beetroot juice, which I never found in other hotels and countries. It is located right in the city centre and I had a chance to attend a culture festival they had that day. You can find a lot of information about the hotel and the city in my utub channel called Adelia A (picture with cherries). Welcome.

Cons:

My room was on 8th floor. I thought I have a beautiful view from the window, but, no. only roofs. ((

Great place to spend a few days in Oslo
Pros:

Well served breakfast, wide variety. Staff very helpful. Requested to be changed to a different room to avoid the late night noise from a ball-room next door and was promptly accommodated. Great location, everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. Great suggestions for dinner restaurants. Helped with additional towels for a sauna visit.

Cons:

Would be great if they could start breakfast a little earlier

Excellent central location
Pros:

Very central location, walkable to a lot of tourist attractions, with big shopping malls very close by. The room was clean, though a little small.

Cons:

The pillows are like marshmallows (a personal preference, but they were too soft to allow for a good night sleep) and the breakfast didn't really have any alternative options for those with dairy allergies.

Świetna lokalizacja blisko centrum.

Cons:

Pomimo rezerwacji miejsca postojowego w garażu, nie było dla mnie wolnego miejsca. Po interwencji w recepcji powiedziano mi, że mogę sobie zaparkować na miejscu dla serwisu hotelu, na którym była sterta jakiegoś żelastwa.

Muy buen hotel !
Pros:

Nos gusto la ubicación , todo cerca . El desayuno , el personal súper amable, la limpieza en las habitaciones . Todo muy bueno .

Cons:

No nos gustó la cama que te agregan cuando somos 3 . Era muy dura para descansar bien . Deberían ver ese tema y cambiar por colchones más confortables .

Accueil impersonnel. Chambre non conforme sous toit 8 eme étage chaud et sans ouverture. Chambre de remplacement proposée plus petite avec literie hors d'usage sans compensation financière. Climatisation inefficace et non ajustable. Vue sur salle buffet. Chambre et salle de bains défraîchie. Hôtel labyrinthe. Très cher pour les prestations. TV non connectée. Nous terminons nos 16 nuits en Norvège dont 4 dans des Thon Hotels : plus jamais. Ils ne noys avaient pas habitués à cela les années passées. Hôtel vieillissant et dépassés. Personnel aux compétences limitées.
