Die Lage und die Junior Suite waren perfekt. Das Hotel Personal war super freundlich

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum wirkt etwas beklemmend und ist von den Zimmern mit Innenhof Blick einsehbar. Es wirkt dunkel und schlauchartig.
Leider war auch das Frühstück sehr ernüchternd, wir hatten uns an die positiven Rezessionen orientiert und waren sehr enttäuscht (abgepackt der Käse und Salat, kein richtiger Smoothie, sondern verdünnte Säfte. er schmeckte irgendwie sehr fade. Tatsächlich sind wir aus anderen Hotels deutlich besseres Frühstück gewohnt.

Cons:

Personalet var ikke helt imøtekommende, rommene var litt kjedelige. Vi måtte gå så mye rare ganger og en heis for å komme dit til tomme. Var litt kronglete å finne frem

Très bon petit déjeuner dans un magnifique cadre. Personnel très aimable. Très bonne situation géographique. Très propre.

Flott rom med god plass. Kaffemaskin vannkoker og vinglass minibar etc. Gode senger . Nydelig variert frokost. Superhyggelig frokostverter og resepsjonister.. Hjertelig takk. Dette blir vårt nye stamhotell.

Pros:

Ontbijt was heerlijk! Echt superlekker en uitgebreid. En je zit vlakbij het water waar de veerboten vandaan vertrekken, maar ook op 150m van de Karl Johangate, de winkelstraat en 10min lopen van Centraal Station.

Cons:

Ze hebben ook kamers die uitkijken op de ‘binnenplaats’ wat de ontbijtruimte is, en daar kan je geen raam openzetten. Dus vraag om een kamer aan de straatzijde.

Disappointed
Pros:

My last visit to this hotel was positive. As a Black member in Thon I was automatically upgraded to a better room prior to my arrival (showing up in my thon app). This did not happen this time, even though I could see in the app that many rooms were available. At check in, the staff was very attentive to my membership level. Upon entering my room it was clear that it was not upgraded. I went down and got a new, upgraded room without problems. I wish they could have saved me the hassle and just offered me an upgrade at checkin. The new room had a fantastic view, but unfortunately the AC did not work, so the room was uncomfortably hot. I can’t imagine the discomfort during the summer months. Also, the noise from the streets prevents one from opening the window. I had positive expectations about my stay, but sadly I was disappointed and will probably choose another hotel next time.
