Philly vacation
Pros:

The convenient location to all the historical sights is perfect. A short walk to everything including food.

Cons:

Our room neighbors work us up at 3am..... That was the only negative for this trip.

This hostel really raises the bar for hostels
Pros:

Comfortable beds in the 8-bed dorm with privacy curtains, which made sleeping easy. There were plenty of very clean bathrooms, the staff was available 24/7, and the lobby is a great place to sit, relax, or get some work done!

Ok location but stressful due to staff and stinky room

Cons:

Staff was argumentative and room smelled like ash tray. Somehow our room got switched hours after we checked in and the front desk guy was unnecessarily argumentative about the issue.

Flower show was wonderful and location of the hotel.
Pros:

Location, front desk staff especially Matt but the others too were pleasant, helpful and cordial

Cons:

Restaurant/bar was awful. No coffee set up or water in lobby. Understaffed and bartender (SatPM) unable to diffuse an irate and obnoxious customer. Security was professional and courteous and handled the situation.

Maid service was not in to freshen our room, towels etc.

i liked that the staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room smelled like old and moldy and kept sneezing. the hallway smelled the same. The lock wasen't working so couldn't lock the door once in the room.
