The price seemed good until you realize no breakfast and parking are not included.
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

Parking is extra, carpet very stained throughout the halls. Rooms were small and beds not the most comfortable. We asked for adjoining rooms which did not happen.

Pleasant staff, great location, wish facilities were better.
Pros:

I love the quiet area of the location, yet it was still walkable to food and main attractions.

Cons:

It was dated and the room had water stains on ceilings. The toilet leaked but was quickly fixed. The tub had a slow drain.

Great location, easy walking
Pros:

The location is great! the staff was fantastic! Getting here was very easy by Train from the 30th st station. All great places to visit with very little walking near by!

Cons:

The bed was pretty lumpy. There were lots of large groups of kids staying here. There is a firehouse on the corner, it did come out twice overnight.
