The staff was friendly and helpful and kind.

Cons:

The room was horrible. The bathroom, the bed headboard, and floor were dirty. I was given a card to email the manager and I did the next day. I even sent pictures.

Pros:

Bardzo uprzejmy personel, Mogliśmy zameldować się już o 13.00. W lobby bar, możliwość wykupienia rano śniadań z karty (bardzo smaczne, ceny również normalne). Położenie hotelu idealne na zwiedzanie Filadelfii. Praktycznie hotel położony w środku wszystkich ważnych atrakcji miasta. Duży piętrowy parking hotelowy.

Cons:

Czystość pokoju a właściwie to jej brak - wszędzie pełno kurzu i nie piszę tu tylko o jakiś ukrytych zakamarkach w pokoju.

Good for the price, but don't expect a new facility; friendly staff

Cons:

Facilities are a little tired, particularly the garage, halls, and elevators. There was no room refresh from housekeeping (we stayed two nights), which for us impacted the in-room coffee situation the most.
