A thoroughly professional hotel. I arrived very early but was checked in straight away and given a room upgrade. My room was impeccable. The bathroom was immaculate. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially Quey who does her job with quiet efficiency. The Coins restaurant staff were professional and very hard working while carrying out their duties with courtesy and good humour.
All in all a very enjoyable stay. I will be back.
Really good hotel, located on Philadelphia historic district, safe area, really nice stuff, big rooms, good value for money.
rooms looked a little bit old; very central location in the old part of Philadelphia, pool very nice, water quality could be improved, no showers outside
no showers at the pool, water quality at the pool, carpet in the rooms and hallways
מיקום מצויין

Location was perfect.
Location, location, location is the best feature. For the location the price …these days… was pretty good.
The property could use a bit of refresh in the rooms and a bit better room lighting. Also, the parking was expensive and then had a parking tax at about 22%…. when did that become a thing? It would also be nice if they upgraded the room keys to swipe in for parking instead of having to keep track of and validate paper tickets.
The hotel itself is fine a little outdated furniture and some tattered linens, but clean. A bit noisy in the hallways and the rooms above (you can hear toilets flushing). I suspect weekends are worse. I stayed on 2 weeknights. Check in was easy, staff nice.
I was actually mugged in daylight just around the corner (in front of the Franklin Square). Homeless lady really wanted my Philly cheesesteak and threatened to beat me up over it. So I can attest 100% that the neighborhood isn’t safe for a solo female traveler.
I liked how friendly and courteous the staff were and the cleanliness of the hotel was. The bed And pillows were comfortable which is a plus. The accessible parking and I appreciated the convenience of the location and how everything was in walking distance.
Uncontrollable noise outside although that's out of the hotels control.
Walking distance to historic
Need improvement. Came early to check and willing to pay extra but was waiting till 4pm. Long wait
