Pros:

Nothing was write about the property except the location .the room was very badly maintained the freezer had food leftovers from previous check in .the floor was full of mess

Die Lage um historischen Distrikt

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas verstaubt.
Die WC Spülung ist so laut, dass ich jedes Mal erschrocken bin.
Der Zimmerpreis wurde im Voraus abgebucht, aber beim Checkout wurde nochmals eine Gebühr von circa 50 $ erhoben, was ich leider erst im Nachhinein bemerkte. Eine Quittung per E-mail habe ich auch nach einer Woche noch nicht erhalten obwohl ich explizit eine Adresse angegeben habe.

My spouse and I had such a wonderful stay!
Pros:

It’s was perfect! Not too much in all the crazy! It was clean and elegant.

Best for a 1-2 night stay.
Pros:

Quiet, comfortable, convenient location, can only use the elevator with a room key

Cons:

The tvs are old. No streaming apps installed or broadcasting from your phone to the tv. The pillows felt like sheets wrapped in a pillow case, not actual pillows.

retrain front desk
Pros:

Rooms are good size. Location is great for the historic sites. But front desk are not courteous. They are the first line people encounter and gives an overall impression of the hotel. kindly retrain them on customer service. Because front desk of our other hotels in New York were very courteous and professional.

our deposit for incidentals were also not returned. Kindly advise account to be prompt in returning the deposit. It has been a week already.
