Wouldn't recommend.
Cons:

My prepaid king room wasn't available and I was given a worse room with no compensation. Instead of resolving it on the spot, I was told to email a manager, which only added unnecessary friction. Given the outdated condition of the hotel and the level of service, this doesn't worth a $300+/night rate.

A nice stay.
Pros:

Location was fabulous, within easy walking distance of Independence Hall and more. Breakfast cost extra but worth it as it set us up for the day.

Cons:

We were on the 8th floor and water pressure wasn't great. Also hot water took forever to come through!

Location..lication. Great location for walking to historical sites and restaurants nearby. Just a short ride from the airport.

Cons:

The plumbing in the room is in terrible condition. The furniture in the room is worn out. The elevators in the building shake while in motion.

Pros:

I found the location to be excellent, near a lot of historic interest points. It was quiet and felt generally safe to walk around. There were also some good bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The bathroom felt a little cramped. Poor service at breakfast, maybe because it's a restaurant attached to the hotel instead of hotel run, which also wasn't offering value for money.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von Philadelphia
Pros:

Perfekte Lage nur wenige Minuten bis zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Fußläufig zu erreichen. Parken im angrenzenden Parkhaus, teuer aber in einer Großstadt bei der Lage normal. Zimmer super, upgrade von Booking bekommen !!!

Cons:

Leider kein Frühstücksbuffet, ist wohl zu wenig los gewesen. Sonnst nix zu beanstanden....
