Convenient safe and easy
Pros:

Friendly staff, family-oriented vibes, close to historic sightseeing

Cons:

Cant think of anything ; perhaps breakfast buffet could have some chicken/ vegan options but I haven’t asked maybe there was available for separate order😅

Un très bon hôtel , une chambre spacieuse, un point de départ idéal pour découvrir la ville à pieds.

Un très bon emplacement proche de l ensemble des sites touristiques de la ville , ce qui autorise des déplacements à pieds.

Pros:

Super Lage! Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig binnen weniger Minuten erreichbar. Rooftop Pool mit schöner Aussicht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Fahrradmietstation (Indego App sehr zu empfehlen, um die Stadt zu erkunden) direkt nebenan.

Ist schon etwas abgewohnt, aber um die Stadt zu erkunden und Preis-Leistung top.

Terrible service; I do not recommend it. They don't clean the room, and the amount of dirt under the beds is shocking—it was truly a bad experience. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and I believe that is the most important thing in a hotel. It is not worth the price paid for the service provided.

Don’t leave something behind
Pros:

I am extremely disappointed with how Wyndham Franklin Historic District Philadelphia handled my lost item.

On July 25, I accidentally left behind a necklace containing a ring with my late son’s ashes and several other sentimental keepsakes. I realized my mistake about an hour after checking out and immediately called the hotel, completed the online lost-and-found form, left a voicemail, and even returned the next day to check in person.

Almost two weeks later, the only response I’ve received was a generic email saying my report was on file. I have had no updates and no indication that any real effort was made to locate an item that is completely irreplaceable.

I fully accept that forgetting it was my mistake. However, I distinctly remember leaving it on a hanging towel in the bathroom, where it should have been obvious to whoever cleaned the room. Whether it was discarded or never turned in, the outcome is the same—it’s gone.

If you stay here, double- and triple-check your room before leaving. Even if you report a lost item within an hour of checkout, don’t expect much communication or reassurance from the hotel. Losing a memorial containing my son’s ashes has been absolutely heartbreaking, and I expected far more care and compassion than I received.
