Location and room size.
Nothing we didn’t like.
I like that the area is walkable you can walk in the area and find things to do without going too far from the hotel I also like the pool lot even though I was only able to use it for one night because my card wasn't working but also like most of all how easy it was to check in and check out
The one thing that was a little confusing to me is that when I got there that instead of getting the king size standard bedroom that I paid for I had to get a bedroom with two beds however I don't have to pay extra for the room so it was fin
I didn’t like anything about the property
It was old , smelly, parking lot was dirty and too small and it was too crowded there and the staff wasn’t very friendly and we got switched to a handicap room and it smelled bad and it was wasn’t very clean
Great location! And super friendly staff.
Bathroom is tired
Sink didn’t drain.
Shower didn’t drain
Grout in shower is beginning to get moldy
No vent in the bathroom
The staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfy, except for the pillows.
The pillows were lumpy and we both had trouble sleeping and woke up with neck pain. They provided us two pillows each, but we couldn't make them comfortable. I don't really blame the hotel for this. Most hotels don't have super comfortable pillows and might just bring my pillow next time. That was pretty much it. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were lovely and we had a great trip.
Great tourist location.
Room was clean but dated.
Location
They didn’t leave bottles of water after the first day
Proximity to historic places
The room seemed …..dark
Location.
The room was never cleaned, the beds were not made, and the trash was never picked up during the stay. This became increasingly frustrating over time and did not reflect good value for the money paid. In addition, the reception staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming.
Bed was comfortable and I was right around the corner from Ben Franklins grave and Betsy Ross's home.
the florescent lightning in the hallways made the place look dingy and the carpet needed to be pulled there was a crease running down the whole hallway
