It was okay
Pros:

I did like the free parking and all the staff were helpful and very sweet.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good at all. The oatmeal was like soup, no milk, no yogurt, no juice, and the food was lukewarm. I didn’t like that fact that during the night the smell of weed came into our room.

Bug infestation in the bathroom

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend with my son. There were some positives—the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool. The room itself was generally clean, but unfortunately, the bathroom was a completely different story.

The room itself was generally clean, but the bathroom was a completely different story. Throughout the night, bugs were flying and crawling out of the bathroom ventilation vent. This occurred between approximately 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM. I personally killed approximately 100 bugs during that time, and many ended up on the bathroom mirror, shower, sink, and surrounding areas. I have numerous photographs documenting the condition.

Because this was happening in the middle of the night, there was not a reasonable opportunity to go downstairs while the issue was actively occurring. I reported the problem to the front desk afterward and was told the matter would be addressed. Unfortunately, there was no meaningful resolution offered, and despite requesting that management review the situation, no one from management has contacted me.

I find this extremely disappointing. I should not have to spend the middle of the night killing bugs coming out of a bathroom ventilation vent, especially while staying at a hotel with my son and paying the price charged for the room.

I am not expecting a full refund, but given the severity of the pest issue and the lack of an appropriate response from the hotel, I believe some form of partial refund or meaningful compensation would be reasonable.

The most disappointing part is that I gave the hotel an opportunity to address the situation directly, but I have yet to hear from anyone in management. I would strongly encourage management to take this type of complaint seriously and ensure that appropriate action is taken.

Extraordinary!!
Pros:

There was a gentleman there at the front desk who was outstanding. He was working at about 2:30 on 8/21 when we arrived. I had trouble with my debit card and he was so understanding. Loved him

Cons:

I honestly can not think of one thing. The room was spotless. The staff that I dealt with was exceptional. Very nice experience.

Broken elevators; breakfast is only put out once no reloads on food as large as the hotel is and the small selection of dry food. U end up with no breakfast u paid for so go for no breakfast n save your money. Room was not clean. TV remote was missing found it in the sofa bed sheets, trash on rug which showed not vacuumed. No carts to bring luggage up asked desk she said idk I been to busy to notice. Over priced n not worth the stay. Cherry hill nj I expected much better
