rust, zeer behulpzaam personeel, het is onze tweede keer en het bevalt erg goed

Niks,daar een misverstand was met boeking met kinderbed tot 3 jaar en bij boeking 5 jaar doorgeven.dus geweigerd.

Hebben betaald en konden niet op de kamer kind was volgens hun te oud.kregen een oplossing aangeboden op kamer van 197 € maar liefst 465 opleggen.maar vonden we veel dus voor gesteld om met twee in de kamer te gaan en ergens anders te zoeken voor derde persoon maar kon niet volgens Angelica en dit met huilend kind op de toog.hebben ons de baan opgestuurd in volle sneeuw om ander onderkomen te vinden.was horror en geen geld terug.

Im 4 Restaurants max. 2 Restaurantbesuche möglich.
In 2 Restaurants wird der gleiche Burger angeboten aber 1 Euro teurer.

Zimmerservice war nicht gründlich, dreckige Flure, lieblos hingelegte Handtücher

Leider nicht barrierearm.
Viele Hindernisse u.a. zu steile Rampen die allein nicht machbar sind.

Mooi park met veel mogelijkheden.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Het is wel een eindje lopen van de hotelkamer naar de centrale ruimte waar het ontbijt staat. Bij slecht weer kan dat via een overdekte brug. Is goed te doen. Mooie ruimte en alles was voldoende aanwezig.
Wij hadden een hotelkamer en de kinderen hadden een huisje.
Mooie overdekte parkeerplaats onder het hotel. Deze is niet gratis. Onze kamer zag er goed en schoon uit. alles wat nodig was was ook aanwezig. Koffiezetapparaat, koelkast en balkon. Schitterend zwembad watertemperatuur was dik in orde.

Cons:

We waren in de voorjaarsvakantie en we dachten dat de hotelkamers allemaal bezet waren , maar dat viel erg mee.
Wat ons een beetje tegenviel was de afstand naar de diverse skipistes. Winterberg en Willingen liggen zeker op 0,5 uur rijden bij slecht weer is dat langer.. Het plaatsje Medebach stelt niks voor een heeft weinig te bieden.

Das Frühstück und die Ungebung waren super - Center Parcs eben.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war wirklich super enttäuschend.
Das Bett wurde nicht frisch bezogen, es waren super viele Haare von den Vorgängern darin.
Die Mitarbeiterin, die dann das Bett frisch bezogen hat war davon auch noch super genervt.
Das Zimmer selbst ist zwar renoviert, das Hotel aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auch hier war die Sauberkeit wirklich nicht gegeben (wurden die Türen jemals sauber gemacht?)
