We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay here. Bad reviews were all wrong, would stay again!
Pros:

Staff was very nice, loved the pool, hot tub, and bar area. Staff was always quick to answer our questions and concerns. Very good service. I was very pleasantly surprised. The kids really LOVED the pool! I'm happy all of the facilities were open.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great, but they did say that somebody had called out and they had to call someone in to make breakfast. Seemed a little short staffed but everybody was nice. Room was very clean but some various stains on some of the furniture. Just looked like nail polish or something.

The location was good to where we had to be at 6:30 in the morning. I will not stay again.
Pros:

The staff was kind and accommodating. My card paid for one of the rooms; however it was declined for the second room although I called my card and there was money on it to cover the room. I ended up paying cash, however the staff credited the room for 20% off. When I had a problem with the toilet not flushing, it was taken care of quickly. When there was a car outside playing music very loud, I was told my staff they would handle it. I am not sure if they did because the music stopped by the time I got back to my room.

Cons:

I booked two rooms. My room had a very strong aroma of marijuana. The other room did not. When I wanted to talk to staff about this, there was no one at the front desk. They were outside (staff did give me a bottle of air freshener for my room immediately). The only other room they could provide me with was on the 3rd floor. The elevator was out of order and my mother is handicapped, so I refused the other room. The facility was not very clean. There was trash at several place in the building.

I will definetly be coming back! this is a very ideal hotel to stay at!
Pros:

I really enjoyed the indoor pool! I thought I wouldn't be able to use the pool since the weather is cold out, but the indoor pool allowed me to have a great time with my boyfriend, whom I was visiting!

Cons:

To be honest, I was a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast options. For example, the cereal options were very limited and not really the best. The toaster also didn't work very well. It was a little confusing to use. Lastly, the plastic utensils seemed too weak and not sturdy.

So bad we had to leave in the middle of the night...
Cons:

No hot water, our bath towels were ripped up, locked out of our room, bed had crunchy brown stuff all over the sheets. We left in the middle of the night. Will NEVER stay here again.

Very misleading
Pros:

Pictures are deceiving! Had our room on the third floor/ top floor. Ceiling leaks! Toilet didn’t flush. Batteries needed replaced in remote to tv. Linens are stained. Had my family on the 2nd floor. Which had dirty linen! All the buttons on the phone were missing and phone was dirty, water pressure for shower was low and water temp was dramatic. Shower doesn’t drain! Paid $320 sum for one night for 2 rooms. Was not worth $50. But the front desk lady that checked us in was very polite and helpful. All the photos were mainly for the 2nd floor room.

Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful with everything, the hotel was very clean and organized no matter where you was at in this hotel and it was a nice size hotel the staff smiled and spoke to you.. they made it feel homey for traveler's. We would stay here again. The room we was in was a king size bed and the we still had a lot of room.
