Great value.. this hotel didn't overcharge during NFL Draft times in the Pittsburgh region like many other Pittsburgh area and regional hotels did..

Nice people but will never stay there again

The staff was nice

Cons:

There were crusty old socks under my bed when we arrived also black mold on the ceiling and a old inscrutable box under the other bed the pool was noted heated. And the hot tub was not working the outside of the building was filthy as well

The experience was unsatisfactory due to the property’s upkeep and lack of alignment with advertised standards

Nothing.

Cons:

It was run down and dirty looking. It looked absolutely nothing like the photos shown when booking the hotel. The workers were all outside sitting around smoking. We should have cancelled the room and went somewhere else.

Pros:

The pool was clean. That was the only nice thing about the hotel.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty, The hot tub was closed. I didn't know about that, and there was mold everywhere. You couldn't turn the refrigerator down so everything froze. Would not stay here again

Pros:

Is there not a complimentary breakfast??? Looked as if there was a charge to go to breakfast??

Cons:

Hot tub closed, my kids found a pill in their room, my room smelled like cigarette smoke so bad it gave me a migraine, tiny hairs in bathroom sink and something floating in the toilet when we arrived.

Pros:

We are stuck in the elevators. The elevators was not working. I can’t breathe. I had to walk up all the steps to the third floor. The light wason off. It was freezing cold in there. It was a terrible experience.
