Vi hade bokat två rum i samma namn, det ena fanns inte registrerat men personalen löste det på ett UTMÄRKT sätt och vi fick ett UTMÄRKT rum.

if you are getting up early anyway its a great hotel but not a fan of the discruption.

I asked to be in a quiet room, they upgraded me to be in a quiet area but was woken exactly at 7am by a jackhamer that sounded like it was in the room next store.

I forgot a drink in my room but there is no direct lift to the section of the hotel I was sataayying so I had to get a lift from the other side of the bulding and walk all the way arround. (there is a lift near my yroom but there is a one way door to get out not to go back in that way. soo I just left it rather than doing the 20 min maze walk aarround the differnet floors.

if you are arriving late the doors are all locked, the phone number on the door was not working for the 3 people waiting to get in. after googling other numbers we found a number for another hotel chain that called this hotel to let us in, we were outsisde for about 40 minis trying to get in (I was looking at booking another hotel by this point).

en miss i överföring av bokningen från Booking.com men PERSONAL löste det UTMÄRKT.
