Horrible
Cons:

There was a softball team or 2 staying at the hotel and they were totally inconsiderate. When the front desk was approached about them they blew us off. We ended up leaving
Room was tiny and not clean so that added to our desire to leave

Cons:

Pillows were horrible. Asked to replace them as they all were very lumpy, but was told all pillows are like the ones we had.

Pros:

Great stay, lovely breakfast. Zero issues and will definitely return. Keith at the front desk got us off to nice start and helped me get our wi-fi rocking. Thanks to everyone and especially the kind lady making breakfast a treat.

Another stay just completed and complete satisfaction again. This stay was unplanned due to a surgery at OUMC. We weren't prepared as we normally would have been. Our evening host, Kaydence was a delight and even helped us recharge our phones. We really enjoy this hotel for all the reasons we could hope for and will definitely return.

The jetted tubs that are in the family rooms. You can tell that the tub was not cleaned properly and it had dirt particles coming out of it
