Pros:

I loved everything about the hotel very comfortable very clean staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Online and said breakfast but there was no breakfast anymore.

I was here for a conference and would comeback again if needed.
Pros:

The staff were very receptive and helpful. Always a smile and a hello when they passed you. My room was easy to get to and close to the door.

Cons:

The noise from the pool (outside every door due to the layout) was incredibly loud. The parents didn’t seem to police their children and they would scream and yell starting at 9am. The other thing I didn’t like was the beds. I booked for two queens and every room had two double beds. Not very comfortable for two grown adults to share.

Property allowed dogs. We brought them for a dog show in the area. We really appreciated having the laundry room.

The check in person lied to us.
I had originally booked a King with 1 sleeper sofa originally but a few days later, requested this be changed to a 2 Queen room. This was APPROVED. Thank goodness I had the change request and approval thread saved in my phone, because the guy at check-in told us that he had no record of this and there were no 2 Queen rooms available as ALL were booked! When I showed him the approval of the change request, SUDDENLY a 2 Queen room was available for us! Not a great first impression!

The location was wonderful - close to everything you would need. The staff was very kind and as helpful as they could be.

Cons:

The property seems very old - the rooms were standart, no frills, but they are in desperate need of repair and updates. the bathrooms were awful; shower door tracks had mold and rust.

Cons:

When i went to pay at the hotel upon arrival, thry refused my cash payment. Said that i needed a credit card or they would cancel my reservation. Suggested thay i go get a debit card prepaid at a drug store or grocery store. Also when i arrived, they told me that i had no reservation at all. I went back to my car, got my phone and presented the numerous emsils confirming my room. Then they wanyed to give me a second floor room! How did i end ip paying???? Well another guest offefed to put my bill on his credit card then he took the vash that i had counted out and was laying at the front desk counter. A complete stranger had a solution that the hptel staff couldnt come up with.... felt staff was rude during this transaction. Staff involed s male desk clerk and a female who appeared to be a manager type. She was exceptionally rude. Even though i stay at this hotel year after year during the same werk in March, I will not stay here again.

Cons:

There was no entertainment in the restaurant. Not too favorable of the $100 incidental fee charged that i will get back. They take so long to get back hotel says its my bank bank says otherwise.

What’s the brown stain?
Pros:

We stayed here for a volleyball event. The hallways smell bad, the rooms are dated and our room was straightened up but NOT cleaned! The maid def did not switch our sheets out. We had one bed that had 2 big brown stains on it under the comforter. She just made the beds and went about her day. The toilet also had some small pcs of poop at the Bottom so that tells me the toilet was never cleaned either. The blow dryer had dust and hair pasted to it. I was totally grossed out staying here. The staff is very friendly though.
