Place was meh for the price
Pros:

Staff was friendly and being able to check in online was very helpful. All you had to do was get your room key and you were done. Spent 30 seconds at the front desk

Cons:

Dark, hot hallways to the room and the carpet/wall design was a bit disorienting. Very outdated

Cons:

. Took an hour for us to get into a room which still was not what we requested. Was next door to our children instead of connected one like we request. Request the pool level as well, none available. Had a pillow in our room with a fresh nose bleed. I say fresh because blood turns brownish red when old and is was bright red. Towels weren’t available. Dog across the hall barked for two hours(started at 6:30am) it just was not a pleasant stay. Staff was really nice though.

Love the bar and facilities.

Cons:

My room smelled moldy. Since I was only in the room a little bit so I didn't complain. But if I stay there again, I will make sure I'm not on the first floor.

Friendly. Helpful. Patient and understanding. A staff didn’t know an answer to my question, went to get a manger on site to help, manager came to assist, wasn’t able to assist he was able to ask another person for answers. The manager return with answer as much as he was able to get for me. Thank you for your time and understanding and willingness to seek assistance.
