The front desk girl that was there both days was the best.wish i coild remember names

The staff at the front desk were the best! Great happy hour deals

Cons:

No chair to sit in the room on, only a desk chair but how are people supposed to sit and talk and visit? One room had it but not ours and when asked was told no rooms had it so that was a lie

Pros:

It was close to where we were going.

Cons:

Its hard to sleep when the open concept pool area is very loud till well after 10pm then right again at 8am . The barn door on the bathroom is just odd and gives very little privacy. No vending or ice on the floors was an inconvenience. The beds are way to high.

Fabulous 4 days
Pros:

The entire staff, from the front desk to the restaurant/bar staff, were friendly and accommodating, led by the hotel manager (Curtis?) who obviously knows his way around the hospitality business.

Cons:

The room setup could be better, particularly the bathroom setup. Not having a room safe was unexpected.

I did not feel safe
Pros:

Staff was nice

Cons:

There was a very large - some kind of rave party - event at the hotel. Many people who were not staying at hotel attended and there was no parking available!
I was traveling for business and had to ask two people for parking suggestions.
