Could have been better.
Pros:

It’s well kept and staff is friendly.

Cons:

My room run was clog couldn’t take a proper shower. Remote for TV wouldn’t work . Couches in sweet had multiple stains . Bathroom lacks counter space to put your personal hygiene stuff .

Pros:

The location was great. It was very convenient to have the restaurant/bar inside the hotel. The pool table and electric darts were fun.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the pool and everything in our room felt damp, including the bedding. 😬 The pool isn't completely enclosed so we could hear everything coming from the pool area. It got quiet loud at times.

Order style Hotel, But clean
Pros:

Rooms very clean a little dark, but comfortable bed, and very clean , front desk staff great, restaurant on site very good and reasonable price, our first night was very quiet, second night, there was a Birthday party by the pool lounge that went on till about I’d say 430am children running around the hotel knocking on doors and screaming! Not sure why there wasn’t a stop put to it after a certain time but called front desk2 times once at 1230 am then at 330am and at around maybe 4300 am it ended
Other than that nice hotel lived up to it’s reviews

Damp and muggy!
Pros:

Location to the major highway and Scranton.

Cons:

Room 100 was extremely damp,maybe because of the proximity to the pool. The carpet and bedding felt wet and the room was humid, even with the air on.

Great family friendly hotel
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and they had a great variety to choose from. Pool was warm and clean. They let us do a late check out so my husband could work from there.
100% recommended

Pros:

We loved having a bar and restaurant on location. We come to Holiday Inns for their comfy pillow options and good AC.

Cons:

The elevator was a little slow is the only thing I can think of so we used the stairs during our stay which is better for us anyway.
