Rude staff at front desk checking us in. We had three rooms and I came up to check in. Staff member was loud and aggressive. Said I couldn’t check in with just myself. The other members of my party were standing 10 feet away but she was so focused on her stupid protocol that she didn’t even have basic courtesy.
I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Huge shout out to the young man with pink hair that worked overnight on August 11. I am kicking myself for not getting his name. I appreciate you!
My stay was amazing I really enjoyed the wonderful staff the comfortable rooms and the cleanliness.
It had the backrooms vibe. Everything felt far from 2026
sheets weren't that comfortable but I was able to sleep. Wish it had a kitchen stove to cook something
The facility and staff were great! But, the communication of which room was available was terrible. The first room we went to with out keys was not clean. We saw a housekeeping staff member and reported it. She said it was not on her list. We called the front desk and they put us by the pool on the first floor and it was so noisy that we couldn't get to sleep in the early evening hours.
Location. Room size. Walk up outdoor room
Dirty. No running water for first 8 hours. No discount
The property was beautiful, rooms were nice and clean, breakfast buffet was great every morning and the staff was all really nice!
We decided to skip the pool the first night because there were so many kids in the hottub and pool and we were tired. First morning though we were in the hottub and the jets went off and we decided to leave them off because it was getting very hot. When the bubbles all dissipated there was actual poop floating around. The pool did not have any at that point time so the staff shut down the hottub only for the rest of the time we were there. The next night a ton of people including the same large group of young kids were swimming in the pool and one of the moms yelled for everyone to get out because there was poop in the pool now…. Staff shut down the pool for two days and when it reopened it was so cold we didn’t end up wanting to swim for very long. Completely out of the hotels control so I don’t blame them at all, they responded quickly to it which I’m grateful for it was just unfortunate we didn’t get to enjoy the hottub and pool as we should’ve been able to.
Very comfortable accommodations, staff are very friendly and great food.
Love the atmosphere of the outdoor pavilion, basketball and volleyball areas, and outdoor pool - nice option to have a large space for kids to play. Beds and rooms are tiny, but we didn’t spend much time in there. For the price, we were very pleased with the overall stay. DD just a quick walk away, staff very friendly.
The room was nice, but it was not easy getting all of our belongings up to the 2nd floor as the elevator was very small and the cart to put our items on to take up would barely fit in the elevator with us in there too. We also did not care for the location of the room which was on the mezzanine and all the noise from the pool area and the banquet room below made it very noisy. We had to call the front desk twice to have them disperse people from those locations when it was supposed to be quiet hours.
It was just an overnight stay because my mom was having surgery the next day. Bed was SUPER comfortable. It was quiet. Water pressure was awesome and plenty of hot water. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.
Somewhat outdated in our rooms (3) but with the location and great outdoor pool, was quite convenient for our visit.
I will start by saying the staff and food here is great!!!
The hotel, not so much. I would say 70's motel meets 80s hotel.
The hotel is confusing the say the least. I booked a "hotel entrance" room, and because of where my room was located I had to walk through the hotel then OUTSIDE (motel style) to get to my room. With my husband in a wheelchair it meant walking from the back of the hotel (outside), to the front (inside). Ride a barely ADA elevator, then walk to length of the hotel to get to the back where our room was (outside).
The corridors are not well labeled so you do not know the direction of your room.
The floor outlet was showing wires because it was not anchored the the floor at all.
The shower leaked and was stained.
The AC sounded like a Mack truck idling in our room and barely kept the room cool.
The bed was extremely hard.
The ceiling outside our room was held up with planking.
The doors in the back of the hotel are NOT labeled so you have no clue which door goes where.
Stayed here two nights for an event at PSU with my child. The room was clean and it had a small refrigerator and microwave. The pool and hot tub were clean and there was plenty of seating available in the pool area. It was a quiet setting and staff was friendly. There was a restaurant attached to it that was welcoming and friendly. The food was plentiful in portions.
