Todo bien
Hotel was dirty
Water bottle in the hallway
Hot tub was down due to maintenance
AC in room was not functioning room was HOT
Pool was scheduled to open at. 9 and did not open until 10 due to employee being late
The location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the room and the bar near by.
I could not adjust the thermostat. It was set on high and would not adjust after I tried to lower it a couple of times. The outside temperature was in the 60's.
Not much
Exterior entrance to room so you had to walk through parking lot to get to any amenities. Staff condescending and not really helpful. Kids allowed to run amuck throughout the hotel. When asked to move to New room. Elevator old I mean old worn down and was told by another guest be careful the buttons stick. The rooms haven't been updated in centuries. And for the price of a one night stay was outrageous. $300+ for one night. It was over all not a pleasant stay.
The pool was great and the staff were ok.
The facility itself was dirty. Our room was pretty gross. With no where else in the area we had no choice but stay.
Clean/ friendly/ good shower pressure :)
It was conveniently located near Penn state.
The lights did not work in the bathroom area. It was very noisy in the outer areas.
Nothing! It was horrible!
The facilities were so horrible. When we checked in there were people in the lobby clearing on meth looking to extend their stay. We still checked in, not sure why, but we were told to take our car around back to our room. I felt like we were transported into an episode of Breaking Bad…I would have had to for something to be clean. The smell of mold and filth was everywhere. We did have a lovely view of the pool that was clearly neglected for years!!! 0/10 don’t do it! We called the Hyatt right in town and there was availability! It was amazing!
Room was clean staff was GREAT!
Nothing to report
It had a pool and jacuzzi, it was very close to the college and so much to eat around the hotel area. I also loved that the staff was very welcoming with a smile! Any questions and they will answer or find out, love that!
It was out dated and could be cleaned up a bit, the breakfast was ok but the juice they offer is horrible! Way too sweet ( add some water to that syrup). Asked for an inside room but still put me into an outside room.
Bed was small, air condition wasn’t working.
Nothing
Not clean, Loud and unable to sleep
We were visiting for. Basketball tournament and there were many boys who weren’t supervised causing trouble. The staff graciously offered to relocate us and also kept on top of the situation the following night. They were very responsive and accommodating throughout the stay. The hotel room was clean but the hotel exterior is a bit run down. All in all we appreciate the team at the hotel
Staff was nice. Quick check in. Ok location.
Super outdated. The bedding and beds were ok but the bathroom was terrible and the facilities themselves was super outdated and run down looking. Literally the shower fixtures looked like they were pulled from the wall and hard water stained. Tiny full size beds. Outside entrance and walkways looked to be crumbling and way run down. I didn't realize it was a "motel" of sorts as entrance to the rooms were outside. Location to State College was 1.7 miles but ok.
Location, comfortable bed and pillows! Clean facility.
Inside rooms face the indoor pool area. Very loud in the morning with kids swimming. Most of the hotel smells like chlorine from the pool. Our hotel floor was damp from the pool environment and had funny smells from the pool. Low ceilings.
