Clean room and great shuttle!
Pros:

Super clean room and very friendly staff. The parking was so helpful and the shuttle was amazing. They were so fast at pickup when we got back to the airport.

Shuttle not reliable
Pros:

Paid for stay and park to use their shuttle when we came back from trip was given 2 numbers to call no one called me back for 20 minutes after I already had an uber picking me up.

ℹ didnt get my money or refund back at at decent time amd they also blew me off

When you need a refund it take 7-12 business days days ℹ DONT have and have to sleep in the lobby in the meantime i also came out of $424 dollars and was only compensated for one night

How the staff didnt care blew me off like ℹ didnt matter or the money i just lost tryna book two night at thr Hilton when I spent $174.00 tryns stay somewhere

It was very nice and relaxing.
Pros:

The beds and pillows were so comfy. Shower was really nice, staff was kind! It was perfect location for us! We drove anytime we went off the property but it was easy to navigate and there is many stores and such in a 15 min drive and so many things to do around the area

We didn’t realize the pool was getting worked on until after we arrived!
