Place was easy to get to but for those that have stayed in St Louis not the easiest to find. Quick check-in clean rooms great beds and clean good working shower. Only 2 real downfalls and perhaps im being too critical is the availability of cable TV shows and not even a simple spread for breakfast. I got more and better cable channels in Amarillo night before. Not alot of choices and some were not even coming in. And though they did have restaurant in lower level I figured a nice place like this would offer even a simple muffin or Danish breakfast but I guess they wanna drive people to restaurant downstairs. No Drury Inn that's for sure
The food was good and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. Jose was super nice.
Great hotel with friendly staff
The UnderGround was so good. Jose, the chef, came out and checked on guests to make sure the food was okay. Great atmosphere, quiet but still lively.i came in after a long travel day and working to grab a drink and a burger. I DO NOT regret it.

Very clean and hospitable hotel. Great location for airport. Staff were very good, especially the chef Jose in the underground burger bar. Recommended if visiting St Louis
I am a Lifetime Diamond. Ignore the other reviews!! The place is not really clean. The inside of the elevator was dirty and extremely beaten up. The hallway carpet is pretty gross. We had mold in the bathroom shower on the edges of the drain and also in between the glass. The sink did not drain at all. Our TV did not work and we called downstairs. They told us they will call the engineer. We waited for 30 mins and nobody showed. We called again they said we will call again. We waited another 30 mins and nobody showed again. We went downstairs to see what the heck was going on. There was only a new guy left at the front. Everyone went home. My husband was not happy. The new guy finally came up and FaceTime with the manager to fix the TV. It took over an hour.
Breakfast- the floors are very dirty and sticky. The food was good, but we were pretty grossed out.

At the restaurant the head chef, Jose, was walking around and wanted to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. Very friendly faces and a great meal!
