Unacceptable hotel conditions, very disappointed
Pros:

Very clean and the beds were comfy

Cons:

Hotel elevators were not working and no one warned us of this when checking in. Elevators took over 20 mins to arrive. No AC in hallways of hotel when waiting for elevators. AC took forever to cool actual room down.

Loved everything about our stay!!
Pros:

Location was perfect close to food, fwy & shopping, breakfast was above any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were very friendly & efficient. Clean pool. Room was clean and bed was super comfy. The a/c worked amazing!

Cons:

I had no complaints , just a slight inconvenience the elevator was extremely slow and one side was completely out of service our last day.

Comfortable beds, plenty of towels.

Cons:

Shower fixture let 2/3s of water run out of tub fixture -- wasted down the drain -- while only 1/3 of water came out of shower, so had to spend more time rinsing off. Waste of water in desert environment.

We really like the location and breakfast buffet. Room was clean, easy parking.

Cons:

This time front desk definitely fell short. Upon check in Jessica wasn’t friendly and there was no warm welcome that we’ve become used to while staying at this hotel. I wasn’t asked for identification and given details. Just asked for a credit card. No mention of fees, amenities, like breakfasts, were skipped over. Handed key cards with telling me our room number until I asked. Very strange. Then at midnight we called the front desk because there were people at the pool with their dog and the screaming and barking was a little over the top for the hour. Front desk literally said “I was wondering what that noise was!?” Absolutely no apologies for the chaos of a pool that was supposed to close two hours prior. I guess we just weren’t impressed enough to stay here at our “go to spot” when traveling through Indio. We won’t be back strictly due to these reasons, even though we enjoy the location.

Great stay, great location, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The pool was great after a long day of golf. The location being close to food (especially Pablo’s Tacos) was great.

Cons:

The breakfast started a little later than expected so we never got a chance to eat due to early tee times.
