Good value for money during the tennis
Pros:

Stayed here for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Super convenient location - easy to get an uber back and forth. Also close to the Walmart superstore, Starbucks etc.

Cons:

Housekeeping was every other day and only limited to changing bins/towels.

Cons:

We needed to add another night and desk at the hotel said there were no rooms available. We looked on Trivago and it said there was a room available--so we booked it and had a room!

Easy to get to from the interstate in a commercial location

Cons:

Breakfast was a little short on fruit and started to clean up at 9 AM, closing at 9:30.
Didn't have toast. The personnel however are very friendly.

Very noisy. I asked specifically for an upper floor quiet room. Waited two hours to check in because they said they would accommodate that request. Ended up in a room with noisy people above me, people running up and down the hallways late at night and again at 5AM. I got very little sleep.

Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

There was an overwhelming smell of sewage. When this was discussed with the staff, it was dismissed. It was hard for our son to breathe at night. For the price we were charged, it was completely overpriced and we feel we were robbed by the Marriott chain.
