Cons:

There was blood on the sheets, black dots and what looked like bugs in the room. Very suspicious people around the area. And have not received a refund because it was too disgusting to stay in.

Cons:

overcharge and did not refund. I picked paying the property and they charged me $50 over the listing price on booking.com and refused to return the overcharged amount . So they did charge the price listed when I reserved in the room. Also they did not provide any receipt or any physical documentation or electronic documentation outlining what all the charges were for to prove why they overcharge and did not adhere to the booking.com reservation price . I'm very disappointed with in booking.com and in Wyndham and how they took care of the situation . I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau in regards to this

Room was supposed to be a non smoking room but it was not. Smelled of smoke and weed.

2nd shift receptionist she is absolutely amazing she makes sure I have everything I need to enjoy my stay

3shift receptionist she is sparky rude talks bad about other employees she makes rude comments to guest durning breakfast commenting on how much they are eating deadbolt dnt lock toilet moves an hard to flush
