Roseie the day shift staff who works monday through FridY

Cons:

2nd shift check in clerk would not take two dollars in change to pay for a room. Money is money I had the rest in bills. No ice machines worked. Telephone in rooms did not work. I am a platinum wyhdalin rewards member did not want me to ever check in early. I am a senior they never offered me or gave me a discount when I asked. Second shift was very rude.

Pros:

My room was Horrible I had to switch rooms how dirty the tub was back up and clogged with hair.. They change my room I go try get in the shower again the handle didn’t work. Then new room had dead bugs in it

My stay at days inn in York was absolutely horrid and I will never stay at their ghetto motel again!
Pros:

The breakfast was laughable. No pool as advertised. I couldnt even get a towel from the front desk they told me to go hunt down their house keeper and I had to give dirty ones bk first. I'm like wtf I wanna shower now.. the one lady wasn't rude, not overly friendly but not bad. but the other lady the 2nd day I was there was horrid .. so rude and ridiculous.

Cons:

Staff, room was missing basics, wasn't the cleanest, no pool as advertised (one of reasons I got the dam room), so much more..

Terrible Stay
Pros:

The ease of booking the room. Unfortunately the stay wasn't great....AT ALL.

Cons:

The staff failed to inform the person I booked this reservation for that the water would be shut off the following day. As a result, they were left without running water for an extended period of time. They were unable to shower, brush their teeth, flush the toilet, or even prepare a bottle for their 10-month-old baby. These are basic necessities that no guest should be expected to go without.

When we brought this to the staff's attention, they claimed notices had been posted. We searched for them and eventually found one printed on a standard sheet of computer paper in approximately 12-point font. It was small, easy to overlook, and certainly not an adequate way to notify guests of something this significant. A disruption of essential services should have been communicated directly at check-in or before arrival so guests could have made other arrangements.

Instead, they were forced to repeatedly cross the road to a convenience store throughout the day just to use the restroom and obtain water. This created an unnecessary hardship, especially while caring for an infant.

What is even more disappointing is that management made no meaningful effort to remedy the situation. There was no apology, no alternative accommodations offered, and no attempt to compensate guests for the loss of such a basic and essential service. The complete lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable and made an already frustrating situation even worse.

A well-priced, well-located, comfortable stop in the York area.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. There were badic amenities. The sofa in the living area and the desk/chair were comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave worked and there is a convenience store across the street. The 24-hour diner across the highway is wonderful.

Cons:

The bed was very high. There was no coffee in the lobby or meal area, except during meals, but there is a convenience store across the street.
