Unique decor, heated bathroom & the location.
I was a little cold but when I mentioned it a stand alone heater was delivered to my room.

Η τηλεόραση δεν διέθετε σημαντικά διεθνή αγγλόφωνα κανάλια όπως το CNN, ΒΒΨ. Ούτε κάποιο γνωστό γαλλικό όπως το TV5. Υπότιτλοι όλοι στα νορβηγικά. Δεν μπορούσε να εξυπηρετήσει πελάτες που δεν μιλούν νορβηγικά.

Frukosten skulle öppna 07.00, vilket den inte gjorde. Eftersom min dag var planerad utifrån att lämna så tidigt som möjligt så blev detta en olägenhet.
This was my second time staying here after a family trip a few years ago. It was just as great this time around! The breakfast is huge and has so many options, it is the main reason I stayed here the first few days of my trip. Nothing is better while recovering from jet lag. The bed is comfortable but it is small. I am not a large person and I don't think I'd have wanted to share the double bed with anyone. The location is fantastic, right across from Oslo City mall, where you have several low cost dining options on the lower level including a grocery store with a hot bar, sushi, and premade sandwiches/a salad bar. Staff are so nice, too! I got in at 10 am after a transatlantic flight and a connection, and miraculously they had a room ready and just let me check in!
Even though we provided the guest list beforehand as you had requested, check-in yesterday was a total desaster. There was a tall gyu with a mustache at the counter who greeted the group not with "good evening" or "welcome" like in any other hotel, but he said "the check-in will take forever, please drink coffee because it will take so long". He insisted that everybody give their emai-adresses and mobile phone numer manually on paper so that he would type it into forms manually, it did take forever. He suggested he do this work later and let us check -in, please to which he replied that "the fire code requires is that way" - in case of fire an e-mail is sent? This is new to me. Later he yelled at the group telling us to remember that "he does not work for us". Frankly, this guy is not suited to work in a hotel, please fire him.
I would appreciate it if your hotel wanted to show some way of saying sorry for this shoking exprience, such as free drink, gift or whatever.

Location is very comfortable if you travel by public transport. Rooms are big with small fridge and an electric kettle, also has a climate control. Breakfast is absolutely superb, hard to imagine anything even better.
Hotel prices in Oslo are quite high
The breakfast was excellent.
We were having a 2-room apartment, which was better than expected, traveling 2 adults + teenager
