We were given a room that was next to the elevators. You could hear them going up and down all night long. We weren’t able to sleep at all.

Close to our volleyball tournament.
Pros:

Front staff at night and during day were great! Pub bartender was great. Housekeeping was lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast not included, for some reason we thought it was. Thought there was a pool, there wasn't. No microwave in room. Showerhead leaked, tub clogged. Everything felt worn and a bit overused... bathroom fixtures, decor, hallways, elevators. Kitchen closed down some equipment early so full menu was not available before closing time.

Chose the wrong hotel.

The bartender was great.

Upon entering the room, I could not find the light. The room was attached to the next room over making it feel as though I was sharing a room with strangers as I could hear their every move. The last room renovations might have been in the 80s? Why is Starbucks not attached though the Starbucks is branded as the Hilton Starbucks? The business center is one desk in the middle of the lobby and a printer (I think). No computer was available for guest use, the space is enough for two guests. The front desk workers were unfriendly.

My stay was irritating and inconvenient.
Pros:

I like the location.

Cons:

Staff untrained on what accessible room is and what the people who need them might require. As a wheelchair user it is very uninviting to have a head height counter at which to be greeted and try to conduct transactions when I can't reach any thing.

Cons:

Our room was right beside the elevator and that elevator is NOISY!!! I wouldn't put anyone in Room 909! Sleep quality was awful.

We were not able to access our room or belongings overnight.

Cons:

We were unable to access our room overnight due to faulty door battery and inability for staff to open the door via a manual override. After returning from our event at 1:30am, we waited an hour in the lobby before the hotel was able to come up with a "solution" to put us in another room until the morning with with nothing but the clothes we were wearing. It appeared this was not the first time this door malfunctioned. This is an embarrassing lack of maintenance and procedure for the Hilton. I regret choosing a hotel instead of driving home after the late event.
