Location was great
Construction I was unaware about, Elevator broken and walking luggage down 5 flights of stairs with asthma, Room was very hot and musty smelling.
The elevators weren't working
How easy it was to extend my stay.
Construction that started earlier in the morning than stated.
the bed was comfortable
Only 1 of the 3 elevators were in service. The bathroom: shower head leak terribly, the stopper didn't fit in the tub, the toilet had very little water in it which caused an unsanitary condition. Noise: the noise from the construction was annoying, Overall: the place was tired....I understand why they are updating it, but it's not right to be staying there while work is happening.
Leaving.
The door to our room not being able to close or lock. The bathroom door not being able to close or lock. The odor of wet dog in the room. The wet carpet. The broken wall outlet with exposed wiring. The bodily fluid stains on the TV stand. The torn wallpaper. The single size bed. The lack of any foldout cot. No breakfast. Not allowing us to change rooms. Front desk not answering the phone. No response from calls/emails after
I liked that it right near the convention center
I didn’t like that I found a used condom wrapper by my sleeping daughters at the foot of at the bed
The room was clean and comfortable.
Super aggravating that they were going to charge me an additional $32 to keep my car onsite until 5pm.
Location to Amica Center
We were given a room that was next to the elevators. You could hear them going up and down all night long. We weren’t able to sleep at all.
The view and the room
The fire alarm when off and we had to leave our room 😞 not cool
Very clean. Convenient loy
Front staff at night and during day were great! Pub bartender was great. Housekeeping was lovely.
Breakfast not included, for some reason we thought it was. Thought there was a pool, there wasn't. No microwave in room. Showerhead leaked, tub clogged. Everything felt worn and a bit overused... bathroom fixtures, decor, hallways, elevators. Kitchen closed down some equipment early so full menu was not available before closing time.
It was a great location to everything very walkable
The resturant & the renovation
The bartender was great.
Upon entering the room, I could not find the light. The room was attached to the next room over making it feel as though I was sharing a room with strangers as I could hear their every move. The last room renovations might have been in the 80s? Why is Starbucks not attached though the Starbucks is branded as the Hilton Starbucks? The business center is one desk in the middle of the lobby and a printer (I think). No computer was available for guest use, the space is enough for two guests. The front desk workers were unfriendly.
I like the location.
Staff untrained on what accessible room is and what the people who need them might require. As a wheelchair user it is very uninviting to have a head height counter at which to be greeted and try to conduct transactions when I can't reach any thing.
Location and check in and check out was easy.
Our room was right beside the elevator and that elevator is NOISY!!! I wouldn't put anyone in Room 909! Sleep quality was awful.
