The hotel was undergoing renovations that I was not aware of when I made the reservation.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was somewhat friendly.

Cons:

I arrived early, approximately 2PM. I requested early check-in at the front desk but I was told that the earliest I could check-in was 4PM. I returned at 4PM and there was no more room in the circle for my vehicle. Very difficult.
We had breakfast at the hotel and it was quite disappointing. Only 1 waitress on duty and she was not a happy person and she showed it to the customers. Food was terrible probably because of the limited menu but it was still very very expensive. The hotel was undergoing renovations that I was not aware of when I made the reservation. I'm sure that when completed conditions will improve.

Noting the heat did not work at all and the overnights parking it is to expect to much money to park there and it was trash in the trash can we I got there and the place was under construction wat a lot of noise in the morning omg nover stayed there again

Pros:

Was charged 3 days for parking which is rediculous when I paying money to stay. Elevators took forever

Cons:

I booked and prepaid for this stay through Booking.com and clearly explained that to the front desk at check-in. I was told my debit card would only be used for incidentals, yet the hotel still charged the full amount of the stay to my card. This caused a huge inconvenience because it immediately removed about $600 from my account that should not have been charged.

I was aware that renovations were being done at the hotel, but the room itself was not worth the price at all. Considering the cost of the stay, the condition and quality of the room were very disappointing.

On top of that, I was charged for 3 days of parking, which is ridiculous when you are already paying to stay at the hotel. The elevators also took forever every time we needed them.

Between the duplicate charge, parking fees, slow elevators, and a room that did not match the price paid, the overall experience was extremely frustrating.

Pros:

cleanliness and staff was great! the Vig restaurant was amazing as well

Cons:

we were there for a cheer competition which was very early. although breakfast was complimentary we were unable to use and it was only given for a one time use, i was not able to use any way. my original room was not available so i was not happy. staff was great and tried to help as much as possible
