I would not stay here again
Pros:

Not much. Lady at the front desk was very nice

Cons:

Run down and dirty. Several rooms did not have door knobs and even on with a door busted off

At least I didn’t see any bugs
Cons:

There was no breakfast but was included in the cost of my hotel fee and I was not given that back or offered anything else in return to comp that. Rooms were dirty . Our lock on outside of our door had no cover on it wires hanging out etc.

Cons:

Entire facility is in poor shape. No toilet paper in room. Dirty floor and bathroom. Very poor facility, they are running a once good facility into the ground.

A Relaxing Weekend
Pros:

The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also, the location was central to Downtown Warren and neighboring cities. We were told upon checking in that there would not be breakfast available.

Cons:

There was not a box of kleenex in the room, and the door handle was hard to open from the outside to get into the room.

Pros:

Friendly staff.

Cons:

Back entrance to rooms was not secure. No lock so anyone could enter the facility. Trash littered the back entrance. Room access with card did not work properly. Required multiple attempts to get the lock to disengage. Left standing in the hallway for minutes knowing anyone had access to the hotel.

Useful location to stay at for my travel needs, wouldn't stay again though.
Pros:

Unique layout, with some of the indoor rooms having windows looking out to the indoors courtyard (curtains could be used). Some old school arcade machines and pool tables in the bar / breakfast area.

Cons:

Hotel room door lock took a few attempts at recognising the key card. Two buckets in the foyer in front of the front desk for collecting water which had dripped from the ceiling tiles (not at the time I went past them). The indoor courtyard was where the small heated pool was, and anyone walking past from the front desk would see this. Breakfast coffee was meh, the free breakfast was not available at the time I left around 7:30am.

Stay someone else
Pros:

It was close to the baseball tournament we were in town for. That’s about it.

Cons:

They advertise breakfast included, but when we arrived they said kitchen wasn’t operational which also meant the bar was closed as well. They told me since I booked through a 3rd party they couldn’t give me a discount. The sauna wasn’t operational. Our room door was painted shut and the door knob was upside down. I was very concerned about the possibility of a fire and not being able to get out safely. Pool area didn’t have towels. The hotel overall was sad and hasn’t seen updates in YEARS! Very disappointing stay.

Melted candy on the floor, no breakfast served, walk in shower put water on the floor, mold on the shower curtain, rust on shower bars, no hand towels, and bathroom ceiling dirty.
