A great stay
Pros:

It was really easy to locate the hotel and everything was available nearby.
The location was scenic and was exactly what we wanted.
The hotel is located in a centralized location and very close to the metro station.
We didn't had to take any conveyance from the metro station as it was visible from there.
It was really lively.
The overall atmosphere of the entire hotel was very peaceful.
The room was soundproof and we didn't hear any voices from the room next to us.
It solved the purpose
If you are looking for a peaceful stay and with all the amenities, this is the place for you.
Not really but every amenity offered by the hotel, solved our purpose.
The entire property was sparkling clean and we really enjoyed everything offered by the hotel.

They even have cookies!
Pros:

My go-to hotel for any future visits to Milwaukee. It’s a very clean property and the location is perfect. The staff is incredibly hospitable especially Marie, she was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She even remembered my name!

fantastic service!
Pros:

Shuan at the front desk was amazing! so helpful and and friendly. i honestly felt like we were friends by the end of my visit-he remembered and greeted me every time i was in the lobby! Martin went above and beyond his valet duties-he made sure i was comfortable and yet again, recognized me upon me arrival in the lobby and made sure to make my visit comfortable. thank you to both!

Friendly hotel but tight squeeze
Pros:

Friendly staff & valet.

Cons:

I wish the toilets in the bathrooms were taller, felt like you were sitting on the bathroom floor, bathroom door is quite narrow as well as the actual door into the rooms from the hallway.

Cons:

Booked a king bed back in May 21st. Arrived 20th of June and the room was a queen. I called front desk and they said kings are unavailable. Something was messed up with that. All king guests haven’t checked in that night and they were ‘unable’ to switch me to a king.

Also, we booked because of the nice rooftop bar but of course it was closed because of a wedding so we didn’t get to experience that and got the wrong size bed.
