Amazing and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff is amazing at this hotel!

Cons:

I didn't like that there was no free coffee and wifi. Also, the restaurant was brightly lit and not inviting.

Pros:

I went to this hotel for the Anime Convention in Milwaukee. I have stayed at a lot of hotels. This was by far the best I have ever stayed at.

First solo trip staying in a hotel by myself, and I picked the right one.
Pros:

The staff was great. Room was super clean. Bed was comfy. And the location was perfect. The bar had local brews and the bar tenders were fantastic. 10/10 experience

Cons:

It’s hard to find something to complain about. I wish it were cheaper? Haha

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Milwaukee Downtown while visiting Milwaukee for a Mary Kay Career Conference, and it truly exceeded my expectations.

First of all, the beds were absolute heaven — after long days of conference activities, I slept incredibly well and woke up refreshed each morning. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying downtown Milwaukee.

What really made my stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding service.

At check-in, Mari Smith greeted me with such warmth and professionalism and a WARM COOKIE. She made the arrival process smooth, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant — the perfect start to my stay. She also took Take care of my checkout.

I also want to give special recognition to Cathy at The Avenue Restaurant. She was absolutely fantastic! Her attentive service, friendly personality, and attention to detail made lunch there a highlight of my visit.

Traveling for conferences can be busy and exhausting, but thanks to the wonderful team here, my stay felt relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish.

If you’re visiting Milwaukee — whether for business, a conference, or just exploring the city — I highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Milwaukee Downtown. Exceptional staff, amazing beds, and a great downtown location made this a memorable stay!
