Downtown location, within walking distance to several restaurants. You get cookies when you check in. Room was decent size with very comfortable bedding and pillows.
Does not have self parking and valet is 35 dollars.

Y'all knocked it out of the park!
I was staying at the nearby Hilton for five nights on a major work trip and was expecting several packages for a big project. Somehow, I had accidentally given the vendors the DoubleTree's address instead of the Hilton's.
What happened next was customer service at its absolute best. LAUREN tracked me down by text (!), explained what had happened, and then arranged to have the packages hand-delivered to my hotel. TWICE. And in 95+ degree temps.
That level of initiative, problem-solving, and genuine care is incredibly rare. Lauren turned what could have been a stressful, work-impacting mistake into a complete non-issue. She represented the DoubleTree exceptionally well, and I'm so grateful for her help. Thank you, Lauren! You and your team are awesome!
