Sentralt, hyggelig ansatte, god frokost. Burde skifte ut madrasser oftere, og ha minikjøleskap på rom.
Pros:

Likte at det var sentralt, og døgnbemannet. Frokosten var god.

Cons:

Skulle ønske det var ordentlig dør til badet på hotellrommet, som ikke var av herdet glass. Madrassene under lakenet var også veldig skitne og gule flekker. Savnet også ett minikjøleskap på rommet.

Ideal location as base to explore the city of oslo
Pros:

Ideal location as a base to explore the city of olso. Most tourist attraction are walkable. Near the Central train station for us who joining the NIN tour. Breakfast was amazing with good spread of food, staff greeted us warmly during our arrival and assisted us with the taxi booking which helps us get to our destination on time

Cons:

Safety, the door was not locked properly and took some time for it to be closed or locked cause we tried to leave it for few seconds after leaving the room, appears that it could be opened from the outside. Suggested that the hotel should have a safety lock inside the room esp for those who are staying alone or solo travellers.
