Could definitely be better.
Pros:

Location was good, room was clean. Staff was friendly and the shuttle to downtown was a nice touch to have. Restaurant has an amazing view and so did the room.

Cons:

Room needed obvious repairs. Tub didn't drain properly, water pressure was extremely low, window curtain rail needed to replaced and made it hard to open and close the curtains. Balcony is also apparently just for show now because the sliding doors are bolted shut.

We would like a credit on our stay because of the pool issue.
Pros:

Very comfy beds. Good location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Pool was closed the entire stay. If we had known this in advance, we would have stayed somewhere else.

Excellent Stay and great value
Pros:

What I liked most was the friendly and helpful staff, especially the front desk team and Jeanette, who runs the shuttle. The hourly downtown shuttle was a huge plus because it made getting into town very easy, and once there, you can walk almost everywhere. The hotel was also clean, comfortable, and a nice place to return to after a day out.

Cons:

The main drawbacks were that some of the bathroom fixtures, especially the toilet and tub, felt a bit dated, and the TV was not a smart TV, which made it difficult to access our streaming services.

Navette utile pour le centre de Charleston, mais nombre de places insuffisant.

Cons:

L'isolation phonique - sur la highway-est de mauvaise qualité. Chambre très bruyante.

It had an awesome view

Cons:

I was made to believe I could walk to town from the property, but in fact that’s not a truth because there’s an expressway that separates you and it was pretty far
