Cons:

No microwave , asked for a King bed ( our anniversary) gave us two single beds and they wouldn't switch us . No free breakfast and did not get the view of the harbor that we requested . Only one elevator working that took forever. TV sucked will not stay there again . The only good thing is the free shuttle they have .

De tudo. Um nojo, tive que tirar lixo de dentro do ralo só banheiro porque a água não descia. 400 dólares pra uma noite num hotel velho, todo destruído o quarto, cheirando mofo, queria me dinheiro de volta porque isso é propaganda enganosa, nada funcionava. Somente 1 elevador que com fluxo alto de pessoas só travava, uma experiência péssima, procure outro se vier a Charleston

Location was good

Cons:

It was a cool night and the heater in our room kicked on every 30-40 minutes, When it did, it sounded like a semi driving thru the room. It was too late to us to change rooms, so we got thru the night with very little sleep.

Pros:

Wir kamen schon vormittags an und konnten ohne Probleme einchecken. Danach haben wir den kostenlosen Shuttle nach Charleston genutzt. Dies war auch ein Grund für die Buchung dieses Hotels. Der Shuttle hat reibungslos geklappt. Man sollte nicht erst kurz vor der Abfahrt kommen da die Sitzplätze begrenzt sind. Beim Frühstück hat man die Wahl zwischen a la carte und Buffet. Wir haben beides getestet und waren zufrieden. Das erste Hotel auf unserer Rundreise in dem es kein Plastikgeschirr gab. Ein Kaffee aus einer richtigen Tasse schmeckt einfach besser. Auch Teller und Besteck waren nicht aus Plastik. Das hat uns gefallen. Der Riverview während des Frühstücks ist auch wunderschön. Parkplatz ist ohne zusätzliche Gebühr inklusive.

Cons:

Housekeeping war zwar in unserem Zimmer, aber wirklich geputzt wurde nicht. Mein Mann hatte sich rasiert und da bleiben halt Spuren im und um das Waschbecken. Diese wurden leider nicht beseitigt. Im Bad hatten wir eine mega große Kakerlake.
