Cuando yo reserve por booking el precio era de $705 por 2 cuartos y cuando llega al hotel me cobraron $804 trate de comunicarme con booking y me transfieren al hotel y el hotel siempre me deja esperando por el encargado que me pueda ayudar

The room was clean and it was within a 30 minute drive to the beach and restaurants
Trying to get out of the parking lot was difficult and I had a customer service issue that no one called me back about and I ended up having to call the line five times
Loved the location and the shuttle to the downtown area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they even had a list of local recommendations. The room and bathroom were adequate.
The whole property is in a slight state of disrepair, from the parking lots to the elevators and lobby.

Checked into a dirty room but staff quickly relocated us. Gave us some free vouchers was very sorry for the inconvenience.
The view from the restaurant of the river is simply breathtaking.

The hotel is old and many things need to be updated. The mattress on the bed was in awful condition and the restaurant had a damp unpleasant smell upon entry.
The location near the river was nice. The top floor restaurant had nice views of the river. The breakfast up there was really good. The king bed was very comfortable.

Booked through Booking.com, and I paid for breakfast through Booking.com, however when I checked in I was told I did not have breakfast and I had to explain and prove I did have breakfast, and only then did I get the 'cards'. The next trip was the same argument, however at that time I had not printed the statement from Booking.com, so I did not have the proof on hand so I was denied my breakfast 'cards' so I ate somewhere else. NOT Happy about this, If I want something I Pay for it, Then I should expect it....not be denied it simply because I don't have proof, I Ask Were Is the Communication between the Hotel and the other entities that book their rooms??????? from an Unhappy customer, most likely will not stay at a Holiday inn anytime soon......

Shuttle bus to City Center is the best part.

The bus is now a van and was too small to take the number of people down town
