Très bon séjour, le personnel était très aimable et serviable.
Pros:

La chambre était conforme à ce que nous attendions, à l'exception de la salle de bain, la partie douche n'avait pas beaucoup de place pour poser des affaires.
Nous n'avons pas pris de déjeuner à l'hôtel.
Je ne savais pas qu'il y avait 1 piscine.
La taille du réfrigérateur a été très apprécié, le couchage, la mise à disposition de machine à laver et sèche-linge.

Cons:

Le manque de place pour poser des affaires dans la partie douche et lavabo.
La climatisation était très bruyante et il n'était pas possible de changer le sens de ventilation.

Pros:

Très propre, personnel très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Salé en supplément au petit déjeuner, le buffet n'est que sucré (avec jambon blanc, oeufs durs et tranche de fromage type emmental).

J’aimais bien le salle et les lits. Le nespresso était bien.

Cons:

Il n’y avait aucune déjeuner complémentaire et c’était un peu d’un surprise mais pour un hôtel c’était pas un big deal.

It was not the best place to stay, but it was accessible for most tourist attractions in the town.
Pros:

There was no swimming pool. No breakfast was included. The room had cockroaches, and when I complained about that, the manager said that it was normal in Quebec!!! They compensated for that with changing our room and giving us free breakfast, but still I am concerned about the hygiene of the place.

Cons:

Cockroaches in the room. The lady who was providing the breakfast was checking if we were finished or not all the time although it was a paid breakfast, which was not really worth the money. You can have a better breakfast at McDonald's for a lower price and no one is checking your plate.
