Bien situé, établissement avec grand stationnement

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas d’eau froide au lavabo de la chambre de bain, avons appelé pour souligner le problème, mais personne n’est venue corriger le problème

Pros:

La chambre était belle, très confortable, bien équipée et très propre.

Cons:

Des personnes qui sont arrivées vers minuit et qui ont fait beaucoup de bruit. Mais l’hôtel n’a aucune responsabilité dans cet événement.

Cons:

The only comment I have on this is that I had an accessible room because I have multiple sclerosis and it was a very long walk to get from the main desk to the room. The room, however it was absolutely perfect.

Pros:

The receptionists on both days were friendly and eager to help. The staff overall were amazing when one of the rooms needed to be switched. the cleaning crew was helpful when we needed something. The rooms were clean for the most part.

Cons:

The hotel overall is what we expected with how much we paid. We didn't have high expectations but it met the basic expectations of functionality and cleanliness. There are some rooms that have been upgraded (which is great!), but there's facilities that are no longer available and blocked or very old. So when looking around, the hotel is very dim and quiet - it didn't feel inviting.

We also booked three rooms and one room was switched because the vent doesn't turn on.
