Pros:

convenient for a brief stay in Bala Cynwyd

Cons:

somewhat dated, pool didn’t seem right - reeking of chlorine and no visible water circulation, and the a/c in the room was as loud as a broken tractor

Pros:

Room service was great. Customer service wonderful, and the mattress was top notch excellent. Sleeping was awesome. Hotel environment and patrons were nice.

Cons:

Having to purchase snacks and wait in same line as room purchase. Not a big deal, though.

After checking in. It was great, very polite staff, other than my check in clerk

Cons:

I would have appreciated a little more curtesy and politeness, welcoming more professional greeting from the check in clerk, didn’t seem to know how to work the credit card system, wanted to run my card twice after it had already been authorized, I refused!!!

Great hotel for families.
Pros:

My children really enjoyed the pool: it was warm and there were plenty of seats for parents. There were also lots of towels. Additionally, there was flavored water in the lobby that was very nice.

Cons:

Nothing. This was a standard Marriott with a good cafe in the lobby.

No me gustó nada porque nunca me hospedé porq me han cobrado si llegué no había luz en el hotel
