Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The seat in the handicapped room didn’t lower. When we reported it to the front desk they seemed unconcerned. When we checked in the person at the desk asked if we had a car and said we Gad to sign and get a tag to park overnight. He did not mention a few to do so.

Pros:

Loved the quick check-in, the staff was very professional, loved the esthetics from front desk, to the room, loved the hot shower

Cons:

Not enough handicap parking, bathroom door does not lock for intrusive privacy

Location for what we needed was great. Staff very nice and helpful
Pros:

We liked the room and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

need to be easier to get breakfast as we needed to leave early to get to my oldest grandson's graduation as there was such long line at the cafea and service was slow my daughter in law and grandson didn't get time to eat Maybe some prepackaged items that should be auto checked out would help

Cons:

System was down upon checking and I had nothing but issues with room charges from check in to check out. I still have not been made whole. I was advised I would be giving a day credit and I have not received it.

Floyd roberts the Mgr stood out for great service

Cons:

The pool was closed for maintenance, main reason we picked hotel. Breakfast was not good, and the setup was confusing.
