The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern with good lighting. It was quiet on our 7th floor with a nice view. Parking was not a problem.

Cons:

The thermostat was set so low that the room was very cold when we first entered.
First day the room was madeup, the coffee pods were not replaced, and the next day they were replaced, but with all "decaf" coffee pods, no regular strength. Parking and room charge are expensive, but so is everything these days.

Everything was wonderful, from the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms, convenient location, and parking. I also really appreciated how quiet it was. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Pros:

See below. Give me a $75 refund for the so-called "free parking"

Cons:

Complained about no cold water a sink. Nothing happened. Hard to brush teeth in hot water.
My Convention advertised "free parking" but was charged $15 a day. The convention said "free breakfast" in reality it was $19. The hotel appeared to be under-staffed. Convention "cash bar" events had lines over 25' long. The glassware was not cleaned each day - fingerprints all over glass. Shorted the Keurig coffee pods i insisted on giving me DECAF which to me is NOT COFFEE

unsafe and downright scary
Pros:

This is not a safe property. There is police activity daily. I feared daily when going to/from work. Smells like drugs and cigarettes. Was propositioned outside and hassled when I tried to leave. GM is aware and clearly a part of it. Place is a dump.
