Pros:

Excelente localização. Staff muito gentil, em especial a atendente Queenie que foi extremamente solícita e educada. O hotel fica a poucos metros da Princess St. e tem o acesso facilitado por toda Edimburgo. Chuveiro muito bom e o quarto para família (3 pessoas) bastante grande e limpo. Checkin flexível. Recomendo muito!

Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel très bien situer calme et très confortable

La propreté,l’emplacement et tous les accessoires nécessaires à la toilette (savon, shampooing après shampooing sèche cheveux…)

Cons:

Manque de lumière électrique dans la chambre, les lumières allumées (toutes)éclairaient très peu!

It is a great hotel especially considering the location. The staff was really polite and the room was very clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend the hotel for any visitor and I would definitely visit again the next time I go to Edinburgh.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para visitar la ciudad, muy céntrica y con todo a mano. Al llegar, durante el check‑in, nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación superior, un detalle que valoramos muchísimo.
Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado, todo muy cuidado y limpio. La cama era muy cómoda, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad.
Sin duda, un alojamiento que recomendaría y al que volvería.
