Run don’t waste your time. Stay some where else. Very deceiving
Pros:

The lobby was nice and clean. The pool and jacuzzi was closed . The bar/restaurant was closed, horrible food served. Staff was rude and smart talking. The bedroom had mold smell. The air conditioning and vent was loud installed in the ceiling full of dust and dirt. The carpet was old, spotted, torn, smelly. The bed squeak. Mattress was caved in the middle and pillows too soft. No microwave in room. No iron. A horrible outdated room that needed to be updated. The outside doors remain unlocked all night. I checked out after a few hours and later found out the desk clerk never checked me out until 3 days later after I stopped back bye to get my $200 deposit back.Also deposit varied by ethnicity of how much you are charged. I stayed at the best western for my trip and it was amazing. These are things I didn’t like

Cons:

The entire room needed to be condemned, It was trashy, smelly, mold, dirt, outdated, headboard of beds made like a boat. No microwave. The pool, jacuzzi closed, The side doors remain unlocked all night. A lot of activity in the parking lot. The bar & grill closed. Uber Eats will not deliver , bad area. However, across the bridge any hotels begin with an H, Hilton, Hampton , etc. or best western, etc on the same major street across from Meijers is fantastic.

I've stayed at this property a number of times for business, with no issues at all. However, this trip was different, I'll never stay there again. I had a reservation for 2 rooms, first room was fine. Second room, not so much, I had to switch rooms four times. The first three rooms the AC was not working (all this during extreme heat warnings in the area), the rooms were not clean at all, and smoke detectors had been disconnected, just to name a few of the problems. The room that I finally settled for was okay but not great. Also, only one of the two elevators was working, making it a bit inconvenient when needing to get up and down the different floors. Construction was going on at and around the swimming pool, which there was no mention of at check in.

Waste of my time and money, checked out at 6 am because the stay was so bad.
Pros:

The hot tub was out and that’s the major reason why we got a hotel, they gave no warning whatsoever. The pool has apartment style rooms attached directly to it and there was like 50 kids so the pool was over crowded the entire visit also. I thill haven’t gotten my deposit back which there isn’t a reason for them to keep it either.

Cons:

Hot tub being broken without any kind of warning with the pool over crowded.

Maintenance interrupted our peace multiple times.. we ran out of towels and tissue it look over 30 minutes to get replaced

the toilet wasn't clean it had feces in it and the bowl had not been cleaned. the housekeepers never came to clean it.. they did however knock 20.00 off the bill

Perfect get away, get away
Pros:

LOVED the pool room
Didn't love that the website states "heated indoor pool" when it in fact is NOT heated.
LOVED that they offer sauna and hot tub on site.
Didn't love when we got here the sauna and hot tub both were out of order.

Cons:

Didn't care for the original person who booked us in. Felt like he thought we weren't good enough to book at his hotel. BUT the Tall dark haired younger guy was awesome. He helped me with any and everything I needed and then some. Offered plates when he noticed I had door dash delivered. Just very helpful. And sincere. But overall it was fun af.
