I appreciate the stay, but I don't think I would ever return.
Pros:

With booking.com, I was able to obtain free breakfast. I would say get it, it possible. I want to shout out the hotel restaurant and its host. The pizza was AMAZING. Probably the best experience I had at this hotel. I also appreciate the mini market only able to be accessed by keycard for your room. A little pricy, but worth it due to location. I did order groceries to use for the mini-fridge and microwave. I appreciated that they allowed them to bring it directly to my door.

Cons:

IF YOU HAVE KIDS - ignore this feedback. If you are a SOLO traveler like me, I would say ask for a room far, far away from the pool middle section. I had my DND sign on my door, but unfortunately one door leads to the pool area and the other to a hallway. Kids were up screaming (having a good time at the pool), but for someone jet-lagged with a concert the next day, it was tough to sleep. Kids also ignored the DND signs and seemed to find joy in banging on doors with those signs. I didn't like the double entry to the room from both sides, especially as a solo traveler. Also, the highway next to the hotel is closed, so all my ubers had to make detours to get to our destination.

Un accueil chaleureux, mais une expérience globale très décevante en raison des nombreux problèmes.
Pros:

Le point fort de notre séjour a été l'accueil. Le personnel était gentil et chaleureux. Nous avons été bien accueillis dès notre arrivée et l'équipe est restée disponible et agréable tout au long de notre séjour.

Cons:

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes. La ventilation de la salle de bain était extrêmement bruyante. En marchant dans la chambre, le sol collait tellement que mes chaussettes sont devenues jaunes.

La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception et on nous a répondu que quelqu'un viendrait vérifier, mais personne n'est jamais venu.

Concernant le service de navette, nous avons pourtant suivi la procédure indiquée dans leur e-mail en envoyant notre demande deux jours avant notre arrivée. Nous n'avons jamais reçu de réponse et, à notre arrivée, personne n'a évoqué le sujet ni proposé de solution. Là encore, le service n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Nous avons également utilisé le fer à repasser mis à disposition dans la chambre, mais celui-ci fuyait et coulait de l'eau sur nos vêtements. Nous avons dû le rapporter à la réception afin qu'il soit réparé. Il nous a ensuite été rendu fonctionnel, mais cela nous a fait perdre du temps et a été une contrainte supplémentaire.

Le premier soir, la douche s'est complètement bouchée pendant que nous nous lavions. Nous avons finalement dû changer de chambre en pleine nuit, ce qui a été très désagréable.

La salle du petit-déjeuner était également décevante : les tables étaient sales, certaines n'avaient même pas été essuyées et plusieurs étaient instables. Au vu du prix demandé pour le petit-déjeuner, la qualité de la prestation était vraiment insuffisante.

Enfin, pour une enseigne Radisson, réputée dans le monde entier, cette expérience a été une énorme déception. Rien ne reflétait le niveau de qualité auquel nous nous attendions d'une telle marque.

Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

ZdddfThe property was not clean. The floor was sticky when we arrived in the room, extremely dirty bathroom with green I don’t know what hanging on the bathtub (see photos), they changed room after first telling us there aren’t any other rooms available and saying housekeeping left already) a kind man did come to give clean bed sheets and did a quick mop of the floor, but it was so slippery and when I tried to dry the floor, the towel was still black. We eventually got a new room… The room was still dirty and smelling like smoke and cigarettes but it was to late to do anything and we had to wake up very early for our flight so we didn’t have the option to change hotel!

Cons:

The staff took 30 min to reply and change our room, eventually after refusing to do something. They offered us a free breakfast to compensate (and I understand why it was free. I opened the buffet cabinet to take a croissant out and flies flew out. Not hygienic at all. I can’t recommend this place!

J'y retournerai bientôt, j'ai quand même apprécié mon séjour.

Le service de Navette, le resto à l'intérieur, la chambre, le personnel, la situation géographique, le prix bref, presque parfait pour nous sauf....

Cons:

Les corridors, le site de piscine, et l'extérieur du bâtiment étaient pas très propres. Par contre, la chambre, le resto et la réception étaient très convenable.

Nothing, it is not as advertised, nothing was clean. I guess you get what you pay for?

Cons:

Rooms were very dirty, the fridge did not get cold and spoiled all my food, the whole hall way smelled musty, pool water was weird and cloudy, breakfast prices were a rip off and based on how everything was, they should have included it atleast. My towels did not smell clean, smelled like body odor was still on all of them, the receptionist didn’t even explain where to park or how to get in, just wrote a code on my keys package but didn’t say what it was for. I would NEVER stay here again and we should have fought for a refund.

Çarşaf ve küvetin perdesi yırtıktı. Küvet perdesi kirden sapsarı olmuştu. Havlular kokuyordu. Banyo ve odalar çok pisti.Yastıkların altı yatakların içi kıl doluydu.Klima çok gürültülü çalışıyordu.İki odada konaklıyorduk. İki oda da aynı sorunlar vardı. Sandalye kırıktı. Prizlerin çoğu çalışmıyordu. Havuzun etrafı aşırı pisti.Çamur ve pislik vardı.Havuzu kullanamadık pisliğinden dolayı.
