Pros:

Close to Shareton Hotel, where my son was staying while leaving for the military

Cons:

The gal who checked me in was not friendly at all. It was not overall disrespectful but did not give make me feel welcomed.
I tried to get breakfast and went into the sports bar where the sign sign said to go and sat there for 15 minutes, and no one would come over and wait on me. I saw them all sitting in a booth on the other side. They looked right at me when I came in. I know this was the first time in this hotel, but I think things could have gone better.

It was great till we went to take the 6 month old to the pool and the water was gross so kinda ruined the reason we stay

Room had stains on carpet. Very small table. Bathroom was pieced together with mold and caulk and it stunk. So loud. Smelled weed. Staff by pool rude. Pull out couch awful.

Room was clean but check in was horrible
Pros:

The only reason for the high rating was because the room was clean. Check in was horrible. Stood in line for over an hour. They had one line for pre registered check in and one non preregistered. Almost everyone was preregistered and they wouldnt take the next in line in the non registered line. You would have been better off not doing the pre register check in.

Pros:

the pool for kids

Cons:

the rooms weren't very clean.carpet was dirty bathroom floors were dirty.tub was dirty.one of the heaters only worked. they really need some new carpet.so for what i paid i would expect to have a clean room.at least.they need some up dates on rooms .

Okay- 50/50 staying again
Cons:

The entrance door in the back rarely worked. Would not let you back in after you sent outside…. In the cold…. Elevator broken all weekend. More seating or around pool area needed. Random slide turn offs. Not cool with kids playing and us paying to utilize the area.

Do NOT stay here unless desperate! I am shocked it hasn’t been shut down.
Pros:

The maintenance man was nice.

Cons:

The room was in disrepair, kitchen area water was shut off due to a leak. My husband and children got stuck in a broken elevator twice. The carpet in our room was sticky, no bedding for the pull out bed. So many things wrong here it’s impossible to list them all.

Pros:

We traveled for the PBR event held at Denny Sanford Premier Center, and we loved that this hotel was walking distance from the venue. We also really enjoyed spending time in the waterpark area!

Cons:

We couldn't find an ice machine near our room, and I could have used more makeup wipes. Overall, though, this was a fantastic hotel!

Very comfortable room at a very reasonable price and helpful check-in staff
Pros:

The towels were so nice and fluffy, everything was very clean, the hot water came on nearly instantly….these are all things that we don’t always find so we were very impressed!

Cons:

We didn’t notice whether there was cold water available in the lobby. We do enjoy having the opportunity to have cold water to take to our room
