Very comfortable room at a very reasonable price and helpful check-in staff
Pros:

The towels were so nice and fluffy, everything was very clean, the hot water came on nearly instantly….these are all things that we don’t always find so we were very impressed!

Cons:

We didn’t notice whether there was cold water available in the lobby. We do enjoy having the opportunity to have cold water to take to our room

If it wasn’t for the watermark, we wouldn’t have stayed.
Pros:

Pool was nice.

Cons:

Pool area is very crowded. Garbage from bar is everywhere. No breakfast included or voucher towards breakfast. Bathtub in room was so moldy.

I probably would not stay at Ramada in Sioux Falls again.
Pros:

Slide for my kids

Cons:

Mold in the rooms, beds were full beds, not queen, bathrooms were gross. There was so many people at the hotel, my kids couldn’t even swim one night. Shampoo was not even shampoo.

Spring break
Pros:

Not great, not completely terrible but will not go back. Wifi was terrible. Pool was cold. Kids running around not supervised causing noise and safety concerns for younger children. The restaurant food was terrible. The arcade had machines that would not give points or take your money. Rooms were nice sized and clean but beds were rock hard.

Rooms were decently clean and nice sized. There were 3 pools that the kids enjoyed.

Cons:

There was only 1 elevator that was very sketchy and we got stuck in it for about 5 min. (the 2nd one was broken). The beds were rock hard. The wifi was terrible. The pools were cold. There were teenagers running around causing noise and safety concerns around the pools and in the halls outside of rooms. I understand parents should control their kids but hotel staff should help enforce safery around the pool areas. The restaurant food was terrible.

Pros:

When we arrived, the front desk worker told us we owed $25 deposit for incidentals. She then proceeded to tell us all of our debit cards were denied, though there was money in there & we tried cards from different banks. We called our bank & ascertained the problem was not on our end. Then she determined there was a problem with our reservation, said it was booked through a 3rd party I’d never heard of. Finally, she called her manager, who could tell she was ringing something up wrong. However, due to her issue initially with our cards, she advised the deposit for incidentals was $75 if paid in cash. There was a long line of people behind us, so we paid cash. We did get the cash back at check out, but the lobby wasn’t open until 8 AM, so we had to delay our departure plans & return to the hotel when we otherwise wouldn’t have to to get our cash. Very stressful. Staff poorly trained. Customer service not great. The pool was fun for little kids. I wouldn’t go back.

It could have been better, but I will be coming back! It was a good deal!
Pros:

I really liked all the different pools for the kids. I stayed during the week so we had it almost to our selves. I was worried the bed would suck but it didn't disappoint!

Cons:

There was an odd bug in the room... I looked it up and was nothing bad but I still didn't like finding a bug in the bathroom. Also, only one elevator worked and it BARLEY works. If we had the stroller and the cart with our luggage on it it would stop and lock us in the elevator for at least 5-8 minutes. So we carried the stroller up and down the stairs and it killed us!! Also there was tweakers flailing out in the parking lot all day. That's scary for a place that welcomes kids.
