Fun for the kids and great for making memories.
Pros:

Very fun and great for families. The arcade, waterpark, restaurant/bar area was wonderful. The staff were very polite. The rooms and pool are were clean. The beds and rooms were spacious. We had a lot of fun.

Cons:

The washer and dryers were not clean and very old. The carpets in the hall way looked stained and dirty. It’s was too hot and humid on the top floor

Waterslide was great, the rest was meh.
Pros:

The waterslide was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. It was right next to the Sam’s Club in Walmart, which was really convenient.

Cons:

It was pretty rundown. Areas of the room didn’t look clean, especially in the bathroom. It needs some remodeling. We also thought the breakfast was included, but you had to pay for it.

Horrible, go anywhere else.
Pros:

I liked the idea of the hotel, reminded me of one I used to stay at as a child. This did not live up to those expectations.

Cons:

Everything. They charged for everything, $25 for me and my family to use the pool, a daily not one time fee. Coffee wasn't even complementary and they also did not serve breakfast, $2.50 for a cup of coffee at the front desk. The pool was disgusting, metal components in the pool area were covered in rust including the entire fire suppression system, the water was cold and had band aids and other items floating in it, even the paint on the wood in the pool area was flaking off down into the water, and broken/missing pool railing panels covered up by tarps. One of the kids slides had a broken bracket on it just waiting to fall off and hurt someone's child. Our room was also horrible, but mainly the bathroom. Holes in the door and walls, rust on the door hinges and bathroom finishings. The smallest bathroom vent that didn't even work, black mold on th bath tub, I could go on. Not to mention, booking.com charged me an arm and a leg just for the room as well. For 3 days my small family of 3 paid close to $1000 for our stay. We had a horrible experience with both this hotel and it's services, as well as with booking.com.

Check your room prior to accepting it
Pros:

1. Bathtub didnt drain properly
2. Room had musky smell which explaines
3. Bathroom light and fan switches were missing/broken/inoperable brought to maint attention was told would fix but maintaince came back and said the fan didnt work...
unacceptable dont rent rooms that are not fully functional
4. A group of kids went down the slide to close to each other and they closed the pool punishing everyone
5. AC unit was not cold

Hoping to give this place a 2nd chance but considering the 1st chance... not impressed

Big mistake
Pros:

Stay away. Cockroaches in the casino crawling around. We have been trying to get into our room but it’s not ready. No balloons in the pool area due to outdated fire system. Elevator down.
