I got a king room with a couch, got into the hotel room and there was no couch. Was told atleast I got it for the price

Frustrating and disappointing. Never again.
Pros:

Queen suites were big. The water park was nice when it was operational.

Cons:

Heat didn't work in our first room. Heat wouldn't shut off in our second room. Water park was not operational for a fair portion of our stay. General condition of the property was poor. Key cards were deactivated every day at noon. Leaving us locked out of the building and our room. Had to go to the desk every day and get new cards. Most of the parking lot lighting was out during our stay, big security concern.

Not worth the price
Pros:

The restaurant attached had great food that was quick

Cons:

I have never seen a dirtier hot tub and kids pool. The water has brown. The pool attendant was a older gentleman looking at 18 year girls butts when he was awake. The crib provided for my grandson had what I am assuming was rusty dry water all over it.

Never again
Pros:

Yall charged me an extra 25$ for deposit. Wrist bands change every time at noon but I checked in at 1pm ish and my kids still got stopped and was told they couldn't swim unless they had the correct wrist band on.

Cons:

Staff they darker skinned girl she looked native/Hispanic was slow rude and definitely didnt have a good attitude

Nice facility, nice staff

Cons:

I had two TVs in my room since I had a living area and neither TV worked when I got there. The facilities person came by right away and was able to fix the TV in the bedroom but only if you used the buttons on the TV itself which was kind of inconvenient

It was a wonderfully relaxing time.
Pros:

We did not try the breakfast but our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The shower/bathroom could have been a bit bigger.

Disappointed
Pros:

The woman at desk Alahandra (sp?) was wonderful in helping me when we were experiencing issues with our room.

Cons:

We were put in a room, #168, which should not be rented out. It was about 2 feet from a door to the outside that when closed made so much noise it made it hard to sleep. Then our toilet leaked and didn't flush well and the faucet was not secured to the sink itself well so moved. At the price we paid I expected a lot more. I did go to the desk the next morning, after not sleeping well, to let them know my concerns and that we wanted a different room. The woman mentioned above was very helpful and we eventually did get a different room which was much better. Our grandkids enjoyed the water park so that was a plus. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again though as it really needs some updating
