Pros:

Cons:

They charged both of my cards the one they said they wouldn't charge. So had no funds while I was there.

SHUT THIS DUMP DOWN.

There was nothing to like. It was disgusting, filthy, and unsafe. Sketchy people hanging around all over. Very disappointing for how much money it cost to stay there.

Stay away!! How has this place not been shut down? Absolutely disgusting. Sketchy people hanging around all over this place. They were constantly going in and out to smoke at all hours, up all night, slamming doors, yelling at each other, very loud in the hallways, and lurking in the parking lot. Finally quieted down a bit at 4 AM. Somebody walked into our room while my wife and daughter were in the room and quickly left. It wasn't housekeeping, never saw anyone around the building from that department. How did they get into our room?! Unfortunately we booked for 2 nights, tried to get our money back for the 2nd night and front desk girl wouldn't give it to us because we booked through a third party site weeks before. There were no rooms available anywhere else in Sioux Falls due to lots going on in the city that weekend. They gave us a different room on 2nd floor far away from the front of the building, but we had to go through scary hallways to get there. Some sketchy people up there too, but at least they were quiet. We had the day planned with lots to do around Sioux Falls, so we brought all of our stuff with us when we left for the day as we didn't trust leaving anything there when we weren't there. The carpet in the rooms and hallways were filthy, looked like puke stains all over. Mold in the bathroom. No ventilation system. Everything in the room was damp. Bugs in the room. We didn't even bother with the water park or the restaurant on site. We spent as little time in this dump as possible. The pictures online of this place are not current. Highly suspect trafficking and/or prostitution going on here. Keep a close eye on your kids. This place should be put out of its misery.

We had a great stay playing at the arcade, swimming in the pools, and sleeping like babies!
Pros:

I loved that my daughter and I got to enjoy star shaped cheese on our little pizzas and the "liberty lemonades" to go with for our fourth of July at your Boston's inside the hotel, great place to dine! And the buccaneer bay water park was the best part of the stay. The giant waterslide, the hot tub, the regular pool, and the kid pool and pirate ships were so much fun for my kid and I!

Great for the kids!
Pros:

I was scared to book the property based on the reviews that I read, but we did it anyway because my kids have been cooped up in the car. I’m glad I did. It wasn’t dirty. The staff was polite. The room was clean and spacious great value for the price.
