Good
The staff were nice.
Most of the pool was closed. They booked us right infront of the door so it was very loud when people were coming in screaming. The hotel charged me a random 85 $ that they took off but then never gave me my 25$ deposit back when I left my room spotless.

Disappointed in shuttle service- driver may have just started but didn’t know where hotel shuttle pick up location was located - 15 minute wait turned into 40!
Had early am flight and staff was not sure how I should arrange for transport in early am - no big deal but training would assure knowledgeable staff
We needed a place to stop for the night and it was a perfect stop. Convenient, affordable, and comfortable rooms. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Room great remote for tv challenging
Door to entry to hotel where room was located did not work was not told by staff person so carried my stuff to door only to find out could not access hotel from that door called hotel only to reach AI which could not help me not happy at all the room was fine the hallways and stairs not clean
Location.
The pool was dirty. The staff was on their phone swearing in front of guests and children. A fight broke in the pool area in front of children. Overall GETTO!!!

The water park was nice...would definitely get the presidential suite again
It was not expensive.
You get what you pay for. The facilities had a smell of some flower airfreshner. The room had torn window screens. It was definitely a disappointment from the last time we stayed there.
