Mediocre at best.
Pros:

The bedroom was nice

Cons:

Downstairs very dated. Bathrooms stank.
Promise of TV soccer World Cup was not met. Didn’t work.
Location next to slummy area.

Pros:

It was just ok. Staff were just ok. Some area clean, some not. Hard to say like and dislike.

Cons:

Again, staff was just ok. Not friendly but did what was asked. Hotel and parking Bldg and grounds need attention. Halls dirty and room clean and old/worn too. Very noisy, new windows perhaps. I would not recommend.

I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Staff, clean room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

TV was not working at one point when first entering the room. Also, the TV lost Internet service several times.
