Fantastisches Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Eine tolle Atmosphäre, sehr nettes Personal, super Frühstück und sehr bequeme Betten. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber fein. Und die Bar im Erdgeschoss ist sehr gemütlich und modern zugleich. Eine sehr schöne Rundum-Erfahrung. Vielen Dank

Luxe, stijl, overdaad en rust.
Pros:

Zeer behulpzaam en professioneel personeel. Een verrukkelijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Een prachtig zwembad. Een verblijf in dit hotel is echt een luxe premium ervaring.

Cons:

We hadden het hotel ook geboekt voor de sauna. Het was jammer dat de Finse sauna buiten werking was.

Ich habe mich in den Tagen wohlgefühlt, es ist ein Ort, der einem Ruhe und Komfort bietet.
Pros:

Größe und Ausstattung der Räume und des Badezimmers. Die Klimaanlage war hervorragend, ideale Raumtemperatur trotz extremer Hitze, dabei leise genug, um nicht den Schlaf zu stören.

Cons:

Das Bistro hatte im Nachmittag nur noch eine sehr kleine Auswahl und aus dem Menü konnten einige Gerichte nicht bestellt werden. Das Gym hat ein Multifunktionsgerät, an dem man aber keine der Übungen vernünftig ausführen kann. Da sollte neben einigen Hanteln mit geringen Gewichten und Cardiogeräten eine bessere Auswahl angeboten werden.

Der Aufenthalt in Aachen war okay.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet; z.B. Klimaanlage. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut; das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 Minuten
zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Cons:

Das gegen Aufpreis in Anspruch genommene Upgrade vom Classic Doppelzimmer zum Comfort Doppelzimmer war für mich nicht erkennbar. (ausgenommen Bett).

Disappointed - expected better from looking at hotel and reviews,
Pros:

Luxurious looking hotel, the reception area and hotel rooms were very nice, outside terrace also a lovely area. Took very good care of our bikes.

Cons:

Hot day and air con didn't particularly work, room was very stuffy and didn't sleep well at all, finnish sauna didn't work, salarium tepid. Staff mostly felt like they were doing a favour talking to you.

Pros:

Het was erg warm (40 graden) toen wij er waren. Maar personeel heeft er alles aan gedaan om het "dragelijk" te maken door een ventilator op de kamer neer te zetten aangezien de airco het niet kon bolwerken.
