Hôtel très bien situé, très propre
Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement,elles sont très propres mais pour un 4 étoiles la déco est un peu datée
Location was great. A few city blocks from main attractions such as Ripley’s Aquarium, CN Tower and Roger’s Centre.
Atmosphere was metropolitan business, family, weekend getaway all are covered.
Rooms was spacious, clean and modern.
Pool was heated. Towels available right there as well as bathrooms and water cooler. Only downside is there is no shade as it’s on the 17th floor.
Overall excellent experience for the price.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. Location is central in the middle of downtown Toronto. Close to everything and all attractions. Convenient parking at the hotel and plenty of parking options outside the hotel. Hotel is clean. Noise level is not an issue. Service was great. Being our 5th stay at a Hyatt Regency in recent years; I get a feeling that Hyatt is neglecting to keep this brand of hotels UpToDate in terms of room furnishings, condition of the furniture, and general dark feeling of the room. They are often considered more like business hotels, but still, lots of families like us stay at them every now and then, especially because of their central locations. There seems to be more concentration on brands like Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, and Hyatt Centric in terms of having lively and modern look.
All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The room A/C issue was handled by maintenance within 20-30 minutes of notification.

Un señor mayor que labora en el Lobby del Hotel no fue lo suficientemente claro al ofrecer contactarme un servicio de transporte. Me ofreció una tarifa igual o menor que Uber, y ya cuando me disponía a abordar el SUV, me dice que al monto convenido debía sumarle el Tax. OFERTA ENGAÑOSA. ME CONVENÍA MÁS EL UBER.
Great location, beautiful views, atmosphere was amazing. For first time we felt how it is to be Hyatt member, everyone was so helpful and nice. They make our vacation.
Couldn't fault the Hyatt. Everything was clean and tidy in our room and throughout the building. They served the best breakfast on our trip and Raj was very attentive to any of our needs.
There was loud music playing from a small vendor in the street below each day from which we could hear the base beat all day. We were offered another room but that's not the point. Come on Hyatt, with all your presence you should be able to make some form of compromise with the vendor even if they reduced the volume. We can't have been the only guests to be disturbed until late evening.
Excellent location to attractions, train stations, restaurants, etc. Starbucks is connected to the lobby, which was key. There are also 2 excellent bakeries within a block of the hotel. Rooms are slightly bigger than expected for a city hotel. Bathroom had a fan, which is rare, though it was a bit loud. My only complaints were that the room had no microwave, drawers were all very low (floor level), and the one side of the bed had no USB charging ports. Staff and housekeeping are phenomenal, esp. Zain and Bhing.
