Excellent Hotel
Pros:

I had an excellent stay and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and the rooms were kept in pristine condition. Any additional amenities I requested were delivered promptly and with perfect accuracy. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the near future.

A good spot
Pros:

Nice place, it was clean and the staff was kind and professional. This place was centrally located but no microwave in the room and the coffee maker was not good. Some things to improve

Great Experience
Pros:

Rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. The atmosphere was also quiet with areas for winding down. Additionally the Starbucks inside the hotel was a great surprise as I love Starbucks.

Woken up by reciprocating saws and hammering at 7 am on week days. Inconsiderate of paying guests
Pros:

The location is great and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

They were doing heavy construction in their guest rooms below and we were woken up multiple days by the sound of reciprocating saws and loud hammering at 7 am. Miserable when we needed sleep and paid so much to get rest. Very disappointed.

Pros:

Hyatt Regency Toronto is a good downtown hotel with an excellent location near major attractions, restaurants, and transit. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, and amenities like the rooftop pool and gym are a plus. Some rooms feel a bit dated and parking is pricey, but overall it’s a solid, convenient stay.
