Not the greatest.
Pros:

Pleasant ambiance

Cons:

A concierge that sells sandwiches.
A concierge when asked how do I get to the Niagara Falls decides to book us on a maple syrup tasting Niagara Falls tour which took five hours to get there when we were told it would only take two . Despicable!

Not a good hotel value for the cost.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable. Clean

Cons:

Extremely poor lighting in the room and very dark brown decor. Horrible view of a run down apartment building when I booked a superior location. Bathroom was tiny with no space around sink to put any toiletries. Lobby and public areas of the hotel were small and uncomfortable.
