Fabulous hotel and will return! Hit the mark on service, location and food!! The staff we encountered were all incredibly helpful, breakfast was outstanding for service and the quality of the breakfast!! My only tiny complaint is that I hate hotels that have frosted glass on the bathroom doors as I often don't sleep well and will go read my book in the bathroom to avoid waking my family. That's not the hotels problem though but thought I would mention it in case anyone else struggles with insomnia!!
I will defiantly be staying here for all my future trips to Toronto :)
This hotel was hard to locate for someone not familiar with DT Toronto. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. While the bed itself was comfortable, the pillows were like bricks. There was a decent sized semi-circle window in our room that had no blind or curtain. It was meant to be decorative for sure but it was annoying knowing that the buildings across the way could look right into our room and the brightness of morning greeted us way too early...
Such a pleasant experience. The room was much better than expected. The Staff were top-tier. I couldn't have wanted for better. I will not only stay again, but this hotel will be my preferred choice from now on.
Great location and fabulous service from check in to check out. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the staff were wonderful. We will definitely stay there again!
Great hotel location and amenities. Restaurants and stores close by, streetcar right in front, attractions within walking distance.
Position, cleanliness
Hotel was great. Rooms were big and clean. The location was perfect for seeing shows and visiting the CN tower. It was a short walk or street car ride to other attractions.
Well located, nice clean rooms

The location was close to everything
The hotel’s central location in the financial district was perfect for my work trip—extremely convenient and well-situated. A nice bonus was the complimentary coffee and tea provided in the room.
Breakfast Experience:
I prepaid for breakfast for the entire week, but unfortunately, I skipped half the days simply because I wasn’t motivated to go. The food itself was decent, but the variety was quite limited—especially when compared to much more affordable hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. This was my first experience at a North American hotel, and I was disappointed to find that breakfast felt more like a fine-dining experience with constant interruptions from staff asking, “How are you?” only to be presented with a bill at the end—even though I had already pre-booked breakfast for my entire stay.
Tech Frustrations:
Connecting to the TV’s Chromecast was nearly impossible and incredibly frustrating. It felt more like a hassle than a convenience.
Great location, staff was very polite and helpful. It has a nice bar at the lobby and a Starbucks which is very helpful and handy
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff that above and beyond. With that said be prepared for the following:
No refrigerator or microwave in room.
Glass door in bathroom, not enough hooks, unlighted magnified mirror.
Rough sheets that are loud when moving.
Beds are very hard.
Pillows deflate and become flat.
Shower was very nice and they offered bamboo toilet paper.
The hotel is in a great location and you can easily get anywhere.
Parking is $40/night.
I would not stay there again, but the area is great.
Front desk staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. You couldn't ask for a better first impression.
Loved everything about it!
