Excellent Hotel
Pros:

I had an excellent stay and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and the rooms were kept in pristine condition. Any additional amenities I requested were delivered promptly and with perfect accuracy. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the near future.

A good spot
Pros:

Nice place, it was clean and the staff was kind and professional. This place was centrally located but no microwave in the room and the coffee maker was not good. Some things to improve

Great Experience
Pros:

Rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. The atmosphere was also quiet with areas for winding down. Additionally the Starbucks inside the hotel was a great surprise as I love Starbucks.

Woken up by reciprocating saws and hammering at 7 am on week days. Inconsiderate of paying guests
Pros:

The location is great and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

They were doing heavy construction in their guest rooms below and we were woken up multiple days by the sound of reciprocating saws and loud hammering at 7 am. Miserable when we needed sleep and paid so much to get rest. Very disappointed.

Excellent location for downtown experience n
Pros:

Hyatt Regency Toronto is a good downtown hotel with an excellent location near major attractions, restaurants, and transit. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, and amenities like the rooftop pool and gym are a plus. Some rooms feel a bit dated and parking is pricey, but overall it’s a solid, convenient stay.

Friendly staff and good food experience
Pros:

Great food at the restaurant, neat room and very friendly staff. I also liked the exercise room. Good place to stay and I will visit again.

Loyality means nothing to HYATT

HYATT replied that the parking was public.
Yes, but they still wanted to gouge a long time loyal Hyatt customer $ 22.00 for the exact same spot for parking prices they were well aware of.
Is it worth my loyalty for the next 20yrs for $22.00
If a customer was not thinking outside the box and explore all options he/she would of paid $40
As the front desk man had the ticket in his hand for $40 until I said I used the app.
As soon as I said' I used the app"
He put the $40 ticket down and looked embarrassed.
The little gouges is what you remember... $22 is not the issue.

Just what I wanted; !!
take my wife to Toronto, "plan fine dining" & eat in a bar or on my bed in my room.
The restaurant was advertised as open.
Something is wrong when on a Friday Evening your fine dining restaurant is closed , when the restaurants across the street were full and no walk in's.
Either your food is poor or you cannot keep staff.

Fantastic Location, ( easy access to theatre ) Modern clean Lobby, Spotless clean remodelled room ( thank you housekeeping ) , Friendly helpful Staff, Starbucks on location A+
Cons; Hyatt wanted to charge me $40 for the exact same parking spot that was on my app for $ 18 , Intended on dining at the Hyatt Restaurant, AAA striploin $42. / however the restaurant was closed. Last minute shuffle we ate pizza. Loyality is hard to build.

Basically only bad part or our weekend in Toronto was eating pizza when we ready for steak.
