Disappointing, felt we paid for the amenities and they weren’t available as advertised.
Pros:

The room was very nice.

Cons:

The hotel is under massive construction and none of the amenities we booked the hotel for were not available. If we had known this we would have booked elsewhere.

Pros:

We were given a newly renovated room however we had booked a king suite and was given a queen.

Cons:

We understand properties need to be renovated however we weren’t told about the renovation until 45 minutes before we were about to arrive on the day of our arrival. We would have liked to have been given the opportunity to decide if we wanted to deal with construction. The shower stall needs to have a shelf to hold shampoo/conditioner/ soap instead of having to put things on the floor of the shower. There was no compensation for receiving a queen suite instead of a king suite. Grab an go breakfast🥲, the breakfast in years past was one of the reasons we wanted to come back to this location

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the TV was nice.

Cons:

One staff member was deceptive, the place is under a massive renovation so be prepared, I step on a screw barefooted in the room so be warned and know the hotel is nothing like others in the chain.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would really appreciate a refund

Everything about it and it was under construction also I wasn’t able to eat the breakfast because apparently the cost of the room dosent include the breakfast

Accommodations were good and overall I enjoyed my stay. Great proximity for family wedding.
Pros:

Alyyssa was fabulous. Very bubbly and energetic, she made an extra effort to ensure my stay was protected because my method of payment was third party and the credit card on file was expired. She called me while I was at the airport and requested updated information. I stopped by the hotel once I got my rental and secured the stay. I believe she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was properly secured.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been included in stay, most Holiday Inn have free breakfast. I primarily booked for free breakfast option.

I pulled up to what looked like an empty construction property. I asked to see the room before I stayed. There was mold

It is under construction and I was not aware and it’s filthy I had to ask them to come clean the mold out of the bath tub and the air conditioning unit.

Under renovation - should be closed!
Pros:

Under renovation - elevators not working - not secure ! Make sure to see if complete or do not stay! The hotel should not be open right now! Restaurant also closed - Not sure why IHG even allows you to book at this property. Hot water was inconsistent - an overall poor experience
