I like the convenience to the airport. The lobby was beautiful.
The room was not clean. The plug plugs in the nightstand nightstand were not working so when I pulled it out to see if it was plugged in, there was all kinds of trash and dust behind it. The surface of the chest underneath the TV was sticky.
There was also dirt on the floor beside the front door.

the bed was comfortable
the shower wasnt clean & the sink didn't drain, honestly one of my worst experiences at a hotel it was disgusting & nothing was done about it. one of the vending machines didn't work nor were they full.

I was given a double bed room no wifi from an old TV the couch was worn and raggedy. Ive stayed here before and had a new room. I paid almost 600 dollars to stay for 4 night a this room wasn't worth a dime. Im very dissatisfied with this stay
The hotel was good and clean. The rooms were clean and pretty comfortable. The beds were kind of hard but ok.
There were NO parking spots. The parking lot was full of cars that never moved and left it hard to find a spot to park at night.
Location is perfect
Trash behind the TV, room was over scented with air fresheners, no parking. We had to park along the curb. No noise barriers. We could hear the neighbors. Towels smelled like sour milk. Outlets in the room did not work

I liked the room/suite so the kids could stay in one room and adults could stay/sleep in another room without disturbing each other
The swimming pool was very cold and so was the room it was in It was not enjoyable
It is very nice.
I was in room 120 which was nice, but itis next to the elevators and I heard people and the elevator most of the night, every time someone went up or down. Also, there is no microwave in the room.
The airport location is convenient to the airport. Free 24 hour shuttle was the main reason we chose to stay here. The lobby area is beautiful. The indoor pool area looked nice.
The room had an overpowering cleaner smell. It made my eyes water. We left the room door open to try to air it out. The room was tired. Peeling wall covering..

We reserved the shuttle the afternoon before our flight. Our 4:30 shuttle didn't leave until 4:45 and they were not checking reservations, so people got left behind. Very poorly executed service which was likely the main reason early flight people booked here.
Close to the airport which made it great.
Parking was awful and not enough. People were parking wherever they could find room.
Great breakfast and wonderful price. We stayed here when we went to a game at Great American Ball park. It took about twenty minutes to drive to Newport and park for the game.
Parking was an issue. We had to end up parking at another hotel and walking because the parking lot was full. People were making their own spots.
The hotel is very close to the airport.
Very hard to find a parking spot. The sheets were not clean, the sink was very slow to drain, the toilet barely flushed and ran throughout the night.
