Cons:

Receptionist not very welcoming, friendly, courteous, or helpful. Basically said, “need your ID, here’s room key, and some other stuff, but I couldn’t understand her Indian accent English.

Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクやスナックがある。
レストランの女性が親切だった。
間を空けて、ニ回に宿泊しました。１回目の宿泊あとチェックアウト時に日本から持って来たお菓子を渡したら、お礼にスナックバッグをくれた。

Cons:

スタッフには、フレンドリーな方とそうでない方も。
バスタブが古い。
レストランの男性にお湯を頼んだら、用意してくれたが、終始無言だった。

It was okay, but a few on the staff did not seem to know what they were doing.
Pros:

The place was clean and well kept.

Cons:

The only things I was not pleased with was the check in. I requested an early check in. I arrived early and I had to wait in the lobby. I was told the room would be ready at 3pm. At 3pm the room was not ready so I had to wait longer.
