loud music playing in parking lot at 10 pm Monday night. Ask staff if we where going to have to listen to that all night. His reply “ I hope not ”.

The room we were moved to was clean had a mini refrigerator, no chair

Cons:

The entrance had garbage overflowing from trash container. We were given a room without a mini refrigerator. Husband complained they moved us across hall viola we have a much more comfortable, complete room.

Location was great.

Cons:

Lots of electrical issues in the room. Bathroom light never got fixed while we were there. Hair dryer only worked when partially plugged in and could see electrical arcing.

Pros:

I did not sample the breakfast--had to get on the road very early.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! They put me in a very large room that had a kitchenette.
They offered to carry my suitcase up, since there isn't an elevator.
The room was old, but furnished reasonably with old furniture. The room was sparkling clean.

Cons:

Short person here--had to get on a chair to change AC controls.

Decent stay for STMA events
Pros:

Quick drive to and from St. Michael / Albertville school for track State. Internet access was okay, not terrible, and I got needed work done.

Cons:

You have to pick up a phone at the front desk and page someone to come take care of your check-in or other needs.
