I will never stay there again. 🤮
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Lots of electrical issues in the room. Bathroom light never got fixed while we were there. Hair dryer only worked when partially plugged in and could see electrical arcing.

Pros:

I did not sample the breakfast--had to get on the road very early.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! They put me in a very large room that had a kitchenette.
They offered to carry my suitcase up, since there isn't an elevator.
The room was old, but furnished reasonably with old furniture. The room was sparkling clean.

Cons:

Short person here--had to get on a chair to change AC controls.

Decent stay for STMA events
Pros:

Quick drive to and from St. Michael / Albertville school for track State. Internet access was okay, not terrible, and I got needed work done.

Cons:

You have to pick up a phone at the front desk and page someone to come take care of your check-in or other needs.

We did not like anything The staff was very abusive verbally mentally emotionally they were racist screamed at us in our face all because we asked for a microwave

It was the worst experience of my entire life they are very racist they do not speak English very well they scream at you in your face and they threaten to physically harm you

Pros:

Excellent 2 star hotel. Nice little room, king size bed, bathroom, shower, mini-fridge, TV, microwave, all clean, great value, highly recommend.

Cons:

No complaints. The room was as advertised. Excellent value. I'll stay again.
