We enjoy staying at this hotel due to its location and the friendly staff.
Pros:

There are three things that we like very much about this hotel. The staff is always friendly, and they remember us, the location is excellent for events we are attending, and we are very happy there is a bar and restaurant onsite.

Cons:

Parking is always a problem when there is a big event happening.

Nothing really.

Cons:

Parking was hideous. There was an event going on at the convention center and I could barely find a place to park. When I did find a spot it was so far from the front door that it required a very long walk. The shower was hard to control. The water was either scalding hot or freezing cold, with very little difference in handle position. It took a long time to find a water temperature that I could tolerate. Finally, the television was often non-responsive to the remote. Whether or not the remote worked seemed to be a random event. When I wanted to switch from streaming to live TV, I could push the live TV button 20 times with no effect. Then, the next time, it might work on the first try. Sometimes I had to give up. It was very frustrating.

Pros:

Location and amenities at the hotel were great. Lots of options of things to do and tours pick you up at the hotel. Really convenient for vacationing in the area. Hotel staff were friendly, personable, and accommodating.

We ordered from the dinner and breakfast menu at the restaurant. 4 out of 5 stars. I had the eggs Benedict and it could have used a tad more flavor, but good for a hotel breakfast. Much better than standard continental. Service and quality were great.
