Convenience outweighed the dirtiness.

Location was convenient to all our events over the weekend.

Cons:

Hair dryer didn’t work, all the bathroom amenities like shampoo and conditioner were empty, mirror light didn’t work, coffee bar counter was dirty. My daughter also found other stayers toys under the entertainment center? Was not cleaned well at all.

Was excellent, except for the deposit issue
Pros:

Very close to monument, didn't have to travel far for food, rooms were very comfy.

Cons:

Stayed at country inn and suites, didn't get my deposit back, now it looks Iike I'm not getting this deposit back. I'm not sure how this works, but getting your deposit back should be mandatory, if I'm giving you one. Just take a cash deposit, so when I check out, if my rooms not trashed. Give it back, very simple. Just add it to the bill if your not gonna give it back.
