My sons room strikes the babies feet and theirs , carpets are left with a stein like they don’t let them dry or somethin

We made the reservation for Friday by mistake and arrived Thursday night , I explained to the new person at the desk that it was a mistake and if he could switch the reservation and he said no problem we have the space and he charged me 80 more to change it btw it was 12 midnight when we arrived , I explained I am a regular customer and it did not make a diferente , I left the manager a email and no reply , I gave spent over 6000 dollars at that hotrr we l in the last two years , not again , I will be changing hotels due to the service the night person gave me .

I don't think I'm coming back!

Personnel, attentive, courteous, understanding.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty, place is old, needs remodeling. They ran out of water for like 4 hours. When the water finally came back on, no hot water was available. I had to take a shower with extremely cold water, mind you, January.
