Not Good, Dissappointed!

We did not have a good experience with La Quinta in Coral Springs, there were many issues with the room, outlets were not good to hold plugs, bathroom had many issues with cleanliness and old repairs, toilets not flushing, Micro rusty, fridge not cooling, phone not working, door difficult to lock, balcony over looked another roof with piles of cigarette butts, liquor bottles, a shoe, trash in general. Hallway with old stains in carpet, ice machine area dirty and machine not working. Many issues, that someone needs to address

Don’t go there unless you need to
Pros:

That’s the worst place I have ever been. Everything is so dirty, the smell is horrible and it’s hard to breathe in the room. Cigarettes, mold, dirt in the air is all over the place. Carpets looks like they were seeing a lot of stuff… Breakfast area was containing zero food. During the breakfast time there was nothing for the guests to eat but the “nuclear” yogurts that are carcinogenic… Elevator was full of dust and dirt. In the bathroom we were welcomed by the cockroaches. And the water in the sink was so stinky that it was so hard to brush teeth. This is nothing like La Quinta franchise. All of the other ones were 6 stars hotel comparing to what we have experienced.

This hotel desperately needs to be updated. While it was clean, it was worn. Mirrors were chipped. Grout was stained. It just had a run-down look.

TV not working. Was promised a maintenance worker work fix. Nobody ever came. Tv on last leg.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Eggs with cheese in the middle a bit odd. Sausage was not very hot. Barely warm. Didn't know there was more at the other side of the room. Not cohesive.

Cons:

Eggs with cheese folded over. Like warm sausage. Full length Mirror in room was horrible filthy. Never seen Windex. Mildew in shower.
