I would like to start this review saying that I’m not a picky person.
I arrived to the hotel around 8:30pm on March 14 and the receptionist wasn’t even able to say “good evening” or “welcome”, just asked me for my ID and gave me the key of the room. Next day in the morning I asked for the passcode for WiFi and she said “we don’t have WiFi and if you want you have to be a member”. Very rude and unprofessional this lady, I thought that actitud was only with me but I also saw the way she was treating another customer. I would recommend the management to look into this. I’ve been in cheap and expensive hotels but the minimum that can be offered is politeness and friendly employees in there.
The ice maker in the second floor wasn’t working, so we couldn’t drink anything from my cooler.
On the other hand at the time of checkout on March 16 around 10am, another lady was in the reception and she was very polite, nice and friendly. This is the kind of people that needs to be in the reception.
I can only provide 2 stars at this time. The receptionist at my arrival wiped out the other 3 starts. I hope somebody in the management take the time to address the actitud of that lady.

The whole property was dirty from the parking lot to the room. The hotel is in serious need of updates. The tub had not been cleaned.

Nunca fiquei num hotel tão ruim como esse, nem cheguei a ficar, quando entrei no corredor e no quarto e senti o cheiro já voltei pra cancelar, infelizmente não aceitaram a devolução do valor pago.

The location was my biggest concern, but the lack of accessible plugs for my cell phone and CPAP machine was not very convenient.

The location and staff. The staff has been very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Our cleaner on our floor is very accommodating and kind.

The property grounds need some sprucing up.
Please improve on your breakfast menu and give more of a variety or change it from time to time.
I believe cleaners have too many rooms to clean, so they rush and don't do a through job.
Terrible experience, won't be going back. Too bad, because we stayed there a few years ago and it was fine. The check in was fine this time, but when we got out of the elevator on the second floor we immediately wanted to leave. The hallway was extremely dingy and dirty. The toilet in our room rocked and the sheets on the bed were dirty. When I went back to the front desk the hotel clerk told me she did not have to give me another room because we booked through a 3rd party. Something about she did not have anymore of the type room we booked. I said, I don't care what type of room you give me, I just want a clean room. Then the clerk added that all room changes need to be made within fifteen minutes. This was all "just so you know for next time" like I did something wrong. We did not turn down the sheets until after my wife's shower. If you follow the clerks logic, we would as a matter of practice have to turn down the sheets in the hotel within 15 minutes of check-in. It was like she was doing us a favor by changing us from the dirty room for another without an up charge. I wanted to leave but the third party we booked through said they needed to contact the hotel and the clerk told them a manager was not available to approve the request. We were given a new room. I asked to speak to the manager when we checked out and I was told that the manager was not in. The first room was unacceptable because of the dirty sheets. The toilet was in bad shape. The second room was just OK, but the bathroom was not in great shape. The front desk clerk was rude. We won't be back.
It was centrally located to everything
The cleaning staff never cleaned anything in my room. I left the piece of paper by the garbage can. I stayed here for eight days and they never once picked it up they never cleaned the bathroom. They never changed the sheets. They never did anything and I complained complain complained
The breakfast was satisfactory.
The pancakes were great.
Well staying on the fourth floor the fridge was making a clicking sound.It kept my wife awake for a long time.
The carpet on the forth floor need changing.It is dirty.
The carpet on the third floor was clean and good.
The room was better.

Nothing. Even the front desk staff was meh.
It's old and badly maintained. I wouldn't say it's dirty, but it's certainly not well-cleaned. The pain is chipping, there aren't enough outlets, the curtains were hanging off the rod, the door got stuck almost every time we opened it. They should just tear this place down and start over.
Please do yourself a favor do NOT book this hotel. the property was dirty and poorly mintained. There was tras all over the place, and it felt neglected and unclean throughout. I was very dissaponted with the overall condition would not recomend syaying here.

I hate this place, do not come here, doesnt clean sheets or mattresses, was itching all night, bathrooms are not up to par, and found roaches.
