Great staff!
Pros:

This hotel has the nicest people ever! Smiles on the part of the staff were abundant, and the staff was so accommodating. I really enjoyed staying here! I slept well, and even though I brought my own pillow, I noticed the hotel's pillows were pretty nice.

Good Value but pay attention!
Pros:

The bar and the restaurant. I was sick, and the restaurant brought up soup for me.

Cons:

I stayed for 4 nights. My room was only cleaned 1 time. I only had 2 shower towels. I asked for more, but was told I had to go get them from front desk. I dont like that. My room, since I didn't have a do not disturb sign, should have been cleaned each day. My garbage was overflowing. Used towels on the bathroom floor. No clean towels. And other people, other rooms, ate food and left the smelly players in the hallway.
Also, my sister in law stayed too. She has multiple charges on her credit card that we dont know what they are for. Thats super annoying that now we have to try and figure out what happened.

Pros:

Customer service was good, got cookies when checking in

Cons:

There is a bad smell in the room, the AC is broken, and there is a missing body wash. Find hair that doesn't belong to me on the towel. Complained a couple of times, but no one has solved the problem, and no one has contacted me after I provided feedback on all the problems.
