I was disappointed in staff customer service at this hotel from the front desk to the host at the restaurant. At check in the staff member she did not greet us with any sort of welcome and she kept her air pods in while checking us in. She then handed me the key and said you are all set. I then had to ask her well what room are we in and where is it located, as she did not give me and information.
Then later that night we called the front desk at 10:08pm and asked what time can we get room service until, the front desk said 10:30pm and transferred us to the restaurant. We were on hold for so long we were disconnected. We called downstairs again and same thing we were put on hold for so long the front desk answered and said let me reconnect you to the restaurant. The restaurant finally picked up at 10:31pm and said it was too late to order room service as room service ends at 10:30pm. I felt we were intentionally left on hold for the 22 minutes we tried calling for food. We then walked downstairs since your website and signs in the hotel said restaurant open until 11pm, well we walk downstairs at 10:37 and the man at the host counter doesn't even greet us and just says kitchen is closed, before we could even say anything. So needless to say we did not get food from the hotel.
We then order doordash and when we were notified it arrived we looked outside our hotel door and nothing, so we went to the front desk and asked if food was delivered to the desk, the man working the counter goes "no" and that was the end of his interaction with us. A security guard who's name I got because he was the ONLY HELPFUL staff member (Jeff) got up and looked behind the desk and checked different spots in the lobby area where food is sometimes left. He then offered to go floor by floor with us to look for our dinner. Unfortunately, it was not there but Jeff was kind, helpful, and had better customer service skills than any of the front desk staff I dealt with.
The bathroom was filthy! The shower runs on to the floor , so the entire floor is wet , so u almost fall and kill yourself when you’re getting out the shower!!! I spoke to the front desk and they said they would make a note of it!!
When first checking in, staff member ( I think a staff manager) was very unhelpful and didn’t talk to me at all or want to answer any of my questions. Checking out was with a different and they very helpful.
I left my expensive items in the room while checking out rushing and Manager returned my items.
I actually checked in and checked out immediately. It looked more like a quick motel stay than a quality hote.

room had been recently refurnished - up to date, clean, comfortable bed, and good quiet AC. Also appreciated the 3 elevators, no waiting:)

After two nights the room was good for the price, location and easy parking. Turn on some warmth and friendliness at the front desk and restaurant/bar, turn down the temp in the room (poor thermostat cooling limits), and turn up the water temp in the shower and I would rate it a 5. Seems I’m in good company based on previous reviews.
