Disappointing stay for my birthday weekend
Pros:

Location was good, very central.
Breakfast availability and quality was good.

Cons:

Disabled parking was bad and parking charges was a rip off.
Shower not very powerful and bathroom dated.
Air con in room not working and window didn't open either.
Leisure facilities dirty, and dated.
Too many kids in swimming pool, felt like a public pool not a nice hotel thats expensive to stay in.
Cleanliness of rooms needs improving.

Had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza, couldn’t fault anything about it and would definitely stay again
Pros:

Had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza! Stayed there as we were going to a concert and the location was great, the room was clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were all really friendly and made an effort to talk to us about our plans. Breakfast was included which was beautiful, overall had a fantastic stay and couldn’t fault it!

Absolutely brilliant and some of the best hospitality staff Iv seen
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, lovely and clean and smelt amazing walking down the corridors. The staff were absolutely amazing. The bartender was superb. Very friendly and chatty. The reception staff could do enough to welcome and help you.

Cons:

I wasn’t massively keen on the cooked breakfast. I found the bacon extremely salty, the mushrooms were watery and the egg was under cooked. However this absolutely did not spoil my stay. And I would definitely return

Worth the price!
Pros:

Room was lovely. Comfy bed, really nice toiletries. Breakfast was tasty and had a good range of hot and cold. Overall, a really nice stay - it was worth paying that little bit more for the comfort, service, and location.

Comfortable, very positive and brilliant customer service.
Pros:

The hotel staff were so nice and friendly, we felt our needs were met so quick and efficiently.
The whole stay was pleasant and staff were so accommodating. Appreciate the early and late check in/out. The comfort in room especially the bed was superb

Cons:

I feel the changing rooms can be a little updated.
Maybe have a larger shower area in rooms.
