Great value for money; professional staff; good enough pool, sauna etc; decent breakfast.
Quiet clean and friendly
Small plates at breakfast
The sauna was hot but the spa bath was being drained and refilled (this ought to be carried out when the leisure centre is closed)
Service times in the Club lounge were restrictive, the canopes and alcoholic beverages are only available from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, which is not very good if you are working (I didn’t finish work until after 7:00 pm so I wasn’t able to to take advantage of something I had paid extra for).
Breakfast was delayed by about one hour because of some issues.
Beware of the parking charges and add this to your budget, I paid it as part of the package but it’s £17.50 when paid direct.
Excellent staff
Nothing
It was a lovely hotel and we loved our stay.
It was a bit too far from the centre for us.
Fantastic, helpful staff and a great location.
The view from my room....rooftops!
Very friendly staff who really looked like they wanted to help.
Parking, whilst a separate charge, was convenient and allowed us to walk the city without further car concerns.
Excellent breakfast, and we ate an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant too.
We were travelling with our 11 year old child, so wonderful to have 2 double beds in the room, rather than the usual uncomfortable and rickety sofa bed!
Bathroom could perhaps do with a little refresh. The basin was blocked so water drained away very slowly.
Concerned to find 2 empty whisky bottles outside our room door on arrival, but assume that was because of an inconsiderate guest rather than a cleaning issue.
Air conditioning in 619 looked on, but didn’t do anything.
Looked fab great location . Excellant staff and service pool and sauna great.food excellant
Had queen room . Had staines on carpet. Bathroom was tierd and shower not much power
-10 minutes by foot to town centre.
-They need to focus more on cleaning.
-The parking was not free! I paid 18 pounds for one night!
Staff were lovely and let us check in early. Room was very comfy and we got a great night's sleep.
The staff were polite and friendly. Liked the mirrors and the art in the room. Breakfast was good with real fried eggs served, not just scrambled as some other places.
The chair in the room had lots of hair on it. The food from room service wasn’t that good and is overpriced for what it is plus limited options.
