Disappointing Room Service
Pros:

Staff are so friendly, accommodation very comfortable. Great location

Cons:

Room service - frustrating trying to get through in the evening, think call went through to Reception. I wanted to order before taking my bath, staff member said I needed to call back closer to when I wanted to eat, so couldn't relax. Food arrived, I was handed it at the door, asked to pay there and then, unable to charge to the room. Tray heavy to carry into room and no condiments offered. Also extra charge to have food taken to room.

Overall lovely stay. We may choose to eat out next time if the evening menu remains the same.
Pros:

Reception staff warm and friendly. Rooms clean, comfy bed. Pool area etc excellent. Food nice for breakfast and evening meal time.

Cons:

Staff in the restaurant pm (slow service) for taking orders for food and bringing food with no cutlery, so had to wait longer than anticipated to start eating our lovely food. Limited menu choice pm if you didn’t want pizza or a burger. We didn’t order a pudding due to the wait between our starter and main course arriving.

Perfect place to stay for a solo female traveller.
Pros:

It was easy to find from the station and the hotel had a lovely spacious entrance. Everything was on the flat so wheeling a suitcase was easy. All the staff I met were lovely and always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. The receptionist moved me to a higher floor when I arrived when she discovered I was staying five nights to take a course as she was worried the floor I was on could get a little noisy. How lovely was that to take such a personal interest in me. I loved being able to use the pool & sauna to relax after a busy day and the breakfast I had as part of my booking was superb. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and well looked after.

Having to leave it all to go home :-)
