Short, but sweet!
Pros:

Everything as expected and will come back.

Cons:

I had to do a conference call from my laptop in the room and the wifi dropped 4/5 times, and alas my hot spot signal was even worse so couldn't jump to that.

Amazing hotel and staff
Pros:

Space on the suite was good and the staff were amazing, they all went above and beyond!

Cons:

Swimming pool showers need upgrading. Locks dont work and need updating big time.

It could of been better if my room was warm

I had no hearing in my bedroom the heater was broken so I was freezing all night

Staff (reception, restaurant, spa) exceptional
Room clean and very large with good facilities
Spa (pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna) in great condition and a pleasure to use
Food & drink in restaurant good and reasonably priced
Great location for train station and all usual city centre amenities

Cons:

Just one thing - the spa changing rooms. Not enough lockers/handful not usable. Both toilet door locks were broken. Only three showers which could do with an upgrade. Not terrible but could do with improvement

Perhaps the baby pool could be converted in to a second jacuzzi to aid with the business/accessibility of the jacuzzi

Nice hotel, swimming pool a bit dated
Pros:

Breakfast good and good service

Cons:

The swimming area wasn't as clean as could be, hair on tiles, green mould at side of swimming pool.
