A good and surprisingly quiet hotel with family rooms.
Pros:

Hotel was quiet despite city centre location and staying on a Friday night. The pool and jacuzzi are a nice bonus. The cooked breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

The restaurant gets crowded and is more like a glorified bar. The rooms were nice and clean but could use some refreshing.

Clean and friendly. Food was great
Pros:

Another great stay.

Chippol was an exceptional receptionist. Instinctively helped me outon arrival.

Sunny and Junior were also excellent, as were all the staff.

Location and the restaurant

Cons:

Pool was mouldy/dirty, not enough tea bags and sugar in room and 1 packet of the biscuits was partially opened. Shower wasnt very powerful and bed rock hard and not comfortable. Sorry wouldn't stay there again

Cons:

Le manque d'une autre langue que l'ingles. Pour moi parler des autres langues, dans l'occurrence le français (je viens de Suisse), pour un établissement de votre niveau s'avère indispensable. 1 personne sur 10 du personnel as fais l'effort de communiquer en français.

Nice hotel and I’d happily look to stay here again.
Pros:

Parking on site was good to have, hotel clean and looks premium inside.
Welcoming, friendly and cheerful staff.

Cons:

Room with 2 queen beds could have benefitted from a bit more room at the wall sides of the bed.
