BAR STAFF USELESS
Pros:

Arrived and receptionist fantastic! Nice room and nice hotel..... however... they have a Happy Hour 4 to 6...... unfortunately at 4.30 the bar staff disappeared for 20 minutes!!!! Because cheap drinks??? Who knows, but service there was useless!!!!

AWFUL NEVER GOING BACK THERE

My room had a view of lady bird lake

Cons:

I didnt like the lack of parking, the homeless people surrounding the building, the fact that the front doors did not work, the elevators did not work, the stairs from the parking garage led you to a sketchy area in the back by the dumpsters and automatically locked behind you, no way to get back in tothe parking garage unless you walk in the street and hope to not get hit by a car. I also didnt like seeing roaches in my room and the ac didnt work that I left after 1 night and went to a whole new hotel.
