Good value and location. Comfortable beds. Very dated overall though. In general needs a good refurbishment.

The hotel location is great. We walked along the river. The staff is nice.

Affordable price and friendly staff but wouldn’t go back to the facility.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Closet to downtown, and lake view.

Cons:

There were a handful of things that weren’t working for example the water in the shower was lukewarm. The ac stopped working at some point during the evening. One of the beds was slightly off balance and while sitting on its edge my son and his friend almost fell due to it lifting up on the opposite side. The fridge wasn’t cool. Little things that added up.

Nice comfy beds

Hotel needs updating with room furniture and decor room old fashioned needs modernisation

We wanted to make use of the hire bikes as advertised outsode the hotel. Bikes outside hotel only 3 bikes available and 2 had punctures, whilst I appreciate they do not belong to the hotel, the hotel could make the hire Company aware.

Amazing!
Pros:

Waking up to the serene lake views was the highlight of my stay. The atmosphere here is incredibly tranquil, making it the perfect getaway from the city noise. I was impressed by the staff’s dedication; they handle every request with a genuine smile and professional poise. My room felt fresh and inviting, offering a level of comfort that usually costs much more. For such a scenic location, the rates are surprisingly modest. It’s rare to find this much beauty at such an affordable price!
