Location is very good, pool is decent and parking is super easy
Room was not spot clean with some hair in bathtub
Great location, right off the Main Street.
We loved the pool area, the location was perfect everything was so close by.
Location was great. Room was comfortable.
Elevator was a little unreliable
The location was phenomenal
You need to hire more housekeepers it's ridiculous to be gone for seven hours and come back and still not have our room cleaned when you only clean them every other day anyway! As it was when they finally cleaned it they didn't change the sheets they didn't mop the floor I mean it was just gross
Location in the centre of Palm Springs. Lots of seating around the pool and really enjoyed the fire pits at night.
Would be perfect if there was a bbq area and a slightly bigger fridge for longer stays.
Location and staff were amazing!
Beautiful property! Great staff
Very clear!
All perfect.

Good location. Well priced. Always enjoy sitting by the fire pit.
Our room this time was along the end by the parking lot. We were right across from the ice machine - very loud. The outside light on the front of building shone in our room all night making it difficult to fall asleep.
Beautiful setting near the mountain. Wonderful vegetation--citrus were blooming! A very good central location for walking downtown.
The location was in the middle of downtown Palm Springs and we could walk everywhere we were interested. The resort provided an airport shuttle so we did not need to rent a car. I appreciated it was a no smoking resort and the pool area was quiet and laid back.
We are swimmers and the pool was dirty. We had to wait two hours for our room to check in. We were in our room by 5pm. The rooms are dated and we could hear the loud people next to us day and night. They seem to cater to large charter bus groups.
Nice property with mature trees. Walking around the property you can smell the flowers from the citrus trees. The room was nicely situated for privacy. It was gated all around and it felt safe.
The microwave door was stuck and I couldn't get my food out. Also the room door was very difficult to open and I had to really put some muscle into it. The grass in front of the room seemed to be a popular spot for dogs and I watched a lot of pooping going on there during the weekend. I don't know if they have an area specifically for dogs on the property to do their business, but it would be a good idea if they don't already.
