Close to S Palm Canyon Dr but awful stay
Pros:

Great location, super close walking distance to the shops and restaurants on S Palm Canyon Drive.

Cons:

Where do I begin. It sounded like the room next to us was having a rave all through the night. It was hard to sleep with thumping sounds coming through the walls. In addition the AC unit was ridiculously loud and kept turning on and off waking us up every time we fell asleep. The next morning the shower was 100% cold, it never got warm or hot and the sink faucet would not stay in the On position and kept turning off while using. Lastly, we received a text about 2 hours prior to checkout at 11am informing us that there were “no late checkouts available” therefore we needed to “check out on time”. First of all we never asked for a late checkout and believe me we were happy to get out of there. They did waive the resort fee due to the inconvenience of everything but IMO it wasn’t enough.

Great location, bad customer service and bad beds
Pros:

Close to downtown Palm Springs

Cons:

The beds were very firm, as well as the pillows. The staff was very unprofessional and condescending. I asked if they had restaurant onsite and the girl responded “um I don’t know if you realized but we are next to restaurant”. Such a back handed comment to a very simple question. Especially for not being locals. Very off putting. The staff seemed very young. Not a good representative of the company.

It was our first time staying here and will most likely be back.
Pros:

The Location is Awesome. Once we parked our car we never used it until the day of check out. We walked everywhere is everything is so close by.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was Great!

Excellent experience. Exceeded my expectations. Very dog friendly.
Pros:

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Wonderful staff. Great facilities. Awesome location. Very pet friendly. Upon notifying that I had a dog with me I was treated to a goodie bag just for my puppy. The staff was great, the facilities clean and modern. That I had a great time with my family, including my dog, made the trip so much more memorable.

Pros:

Resort piccolo ma molto curato, camere spaziose e pulite, letti comodi
Caffè e te in camera

Cons:

Poiché abbiamo soggiornato in bassa stagione (agosto e temperature altissime) nel resort eravamo pochissimi e hanno (giustamente) approfittato per fare manutenzione quindi la piscina era fuori uso e al mattino abbiamo sentito un po di rumore per i lavori.
Inoltre poiché la camera è dotata di porta finestra che dà sulla piscina al mattino è entrata parecchia luce però tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato piacevole
