Resort piccolo ma molto curato, camere spaziose e pulite, letti comodi
Caffè e te in camera

Cons:

Poiché abbiamo soggiornato in bassa stagione (agosto e temperature altissime) nel resort eravamo pochissimi e hanno (giustamente) approfittato per fare manutenzione quindi la piscina era fuori uso e al mattino abbiamo sentito un po di rumore per i lavori.
Inoltre poiché la camera è dotata di porta finestra che dà sulla piscina al mattino è entrata parecchia luce però tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato piacevole

La posizione è favolosa:ci si trova a poca distanza da tutti i principali punti di interesse. L’hotel è curato e pulito

Cons:

Secondo quanto scritto nella brochure dell’hotel,la piscina é aperta fino alle 22.00. Alle 21.00 però c’era già il personale che stava pulendo con i macchinari l’interno della vasca. La lavanderia a gettoni è in funzione solo fino alle 22.00 quindi non ci è stato possibile utilizzarla

Not much of a resort
Pros:

We arrived to Palm Mt. Resort for one night on a southern CA road trip as a family of five. I chose this hotel based on the look of the pool area and location in town. I paid extra and booked two pool view rooms with balconies. At check-in I was notified that the pool deck was under construction but still open. The mess and sound was downplayed by the woman at check-in. On the way to our rooms I encountered a jackhammering sound and saw dust/ debris from the resurfacing. We were hoping to have a relaxing break at the pool but could not. The staff was dismissive of my displeasure but after multiple complaints one room was comped. Aside from the pool issue, I would not refer to this hotel as a resort. There were no other amenities to qualify it as such. We still enjoyed PS but the hotel/pool issue put a damper on the stay. Staff was not very empathetic to our situation.

They're organized very well, friendly and helpful staff. Nice and quite. Big clean rooms and comfortable beds. Parking all around property. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores etc. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. Thank you

Pros:

Absolute great stay there. We (3 adults + 1 teenager) had a fantastic stay with free water, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. Perfectly located and friendly staff. We didn't miss anything and would recommend this accommodation in Palms Spring.

A Heartfelt Thank You
Pros:

My family and I have stayed at Palm Mountain Resort several times over the years, and we have always loved the beautiful landscaping, the fruit trees, the sparkling pool, and the recently renovated rooms. Unfortunately, this summer we were persuaded by social media advertisements promoting seasonal discounts elsewhere, and we quickly realized that choosing a lower price does not always lead to a better experience.

When we arrived at Palm Mountain Resort around 10:30 AM on Saturday, Luis P at the Reception, made a difference from the moment we walked through the door. We felt welcomed, acknowledged, and most importantly, heard. Within just 15 minutes, Luis provided a solution to our situation and completely turned our day around. We returned to the Hyatt, checked out at 11:09 AM, and honestly could not have felt better about our decision.

Thank you, Luis, for your professionalism, compassion, and outstanding customer service. When we returned home on Sunday to celebrate my nephew's birthday with my family, I shared our experience with everyone. Without hesitation, we all agreed that our next family getaway will be back at Palm Mountain Resort.

Thank you again for making such a positive difference during a stressful situation. Your genuine care and willingness to help reminded us why we have always enjoyed staying at Palm Mountain Resort. We truly appreciate you and look forward to returning soon.
